What a gem in the Mission! This wine bar is everything you'd want for a relaxed yet refined night out. They have an impressive selection of wines from all over, with something for every palate. The tapas were equally fantastic--perfectly portioned and full of flavor. The service was warm and welcoming, with knowledgeable staff who were happy to offer recommendations. The cozy, intimate ambiance made it easy to settle in, and to top it all off, there was live music when I went, adding a wonderful vibe to the evening.Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a great spot to unwind, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

Service? 5/5Vibes? 5/5Wine? Can't go wrong.Food? Solidly mediocre. My Spanish tortilla was glorified latke at best and the Brie pastry had no umph. Tldr: Go here for the vibes, not the food.

I rate this place a 7/10. Don't get me wrong the food and wine was good but the portions are so small for how much you are paying. I think we each got 2 glasses of wine for happy hour(4 glasses), hummus and olives, pizza, and the lava cake and it was almost $200 with tip. The place is nice but the band was so loud it was hard to keep up with conversation then was asked a few times for tips from the band. I understand wanting tips but it made it awkward considering the vibes would have been nicer without the loud band singing about making love lol. I probably will not be back as the food was not good enough for the price but it was worth to go at least once.

I absolutely love this place. A few months ago, a friend suggested it for a great wine and cheese plan, mentioning a small but cozy place with live music. Since then, it has become one of my favorites. They have an extensive wine list, and the food menu is simple but delicious. The service is good, with attentive and friendly servers.

Etcetera is my go-to spot whether I'm hosting visitors or relaxing with friends. The wine selection takes you all around the globe and they even have a nice beer list for those in the group who may prefer it. What really makes this place stand out are the delicious vegan options on the menu. This is fresh, quality food served beautifully by knowledgable, energetic and friendly staff. I am absolutely in love with the stuffed mushrooms. Addicted really. Pair that with a tastefully lush interior, comfortable outdoor seating, local art and live music ... it's easily my favorite spot in The City.

My friend was in town and we wanted to have a little Wine Wednesday to catch up together, so this spot immediately came to mind. There are so many vegan options here! I got the White Wine flight (the middle one - I believe it's either from Greece or Spain was my favorite), 2 appetizers, and a dessert for a light dinner. We loved the ambiance - we came around 8 and there was a jazz band performing, which provided the perfect setting to chat and relax. The stuffed mushrooms were a pleasant surprise - I loved the savory filling and did not feel bothered by the texture at all (I hate "gummy" mushrooms). These were my favorite dish of the night along with the dessert. The hummus + olive platter was nice - I enjoyed layering the creamy hummus and an olive or two on each cracker, though I wish they were slightly larger. The banana bread pudding and ice cream was the perfect way to cap off the evening. The dried fruit helped keep the banana bread moist and the ice cream wasn't overly sweet. Can't wait to come here again and try more vegan options (including the vegan cheese)!

Cute little gem in the mission! My friend was looking for a natural wine selection which led us here. Our server and (possibly the owner?) Alexandria was super sweet and knowledgeable about the expansive wine selection they offer. My favorite from the natural white flight was the one from Spain. We got the farmers pizza which was delicious and the pesto gnocchi (vegan) was soo creamy I didn't even realize it was vegan until after it was pointed out by someone. Wasn't a big fan of the orange wine but that may just be because it is an acquired taste. Street seating was perfect for a beautiful fall day.

This wine bar has great quality wines and really excellent service. Service is always kind and helpful.. My only complaint is that seats at the indoor tables are really low and for tall people and it can be difficult getting out of the booths. It's are however still a 5 star review for the quality of wine, food and service.

Sad to be writing this review as we are long time patrons of Etcetera however, our experience this week left a lot to be desired. We went during happy hour to try a couple of appetizers, a meat and cheese board, and wine, but left disappointed. Service was ok and friendly - the server wasn't super on top of things and we often had to get her attention to order (being the only ones in the place we expected more attentiveness), but overall she did a good job. We ordered the "stuffed" mushrooms, brussel sprouts, three meat and cheese board, and the white/red wine specials. There were four tiny mushrooms and I'm not sure exactly what they were stuffed with, but was lackluster even for the $9 "discounted" HH price (see picture); I find it absurd these are usually $12. There were only a few pieces of each meat, yet a decent amount of cheese, which seemed to be priced high at $34 (more meat should have been provided especially when looking at other recent review pictures, also see picture). The brussel sprouts were by far the best thing we ordered. Wine was also delicious. Lastly, the bill - the suggested tip amount listed was based on the full prices of the items (i.e., not the actual paid amount based on HH prices) which I've never encountered before and felt was outrageous to suggest. Additionally, there's another line item for an "epic donate" tip, which again seems outrageous to see on a check. Sadly I don't think we'll be back. I will say the jazz band that came in halfway during our meal was a very pleasant surprise. We were worried about the volume in such a small place, but it added a nice ambiance.
