This place has been next to my apartment for a while but didn't get a chance to try it until recently but I loved their quesadilla it had ample amount of cheese and their sauces were delicious and it was very fast service!Pros: reasonable prices, fast, deliciousCons: cheap packaging and wish it was cut into more pieces

Grabbed the breakfast burrito while running to catch bus#8 and enjoyed it on the ride. The guy made it for me meat-free and it came out hot and sizzling with plenty of eggs, tomatoes and beans.

This is a regular taco truck that stops at the gas station on 3rd. There is a similar one that has #2 on it that sometimes shows up at the gas station on 5th. I'm assuming they are by the same people, but don't quote me on that! They serve a pretty standard taco truck menu. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, with the standard meats that you usually encounter with a truck. I really like a good street taco, especially with the right fixings, like the pickles, the onions and cilantro on top, and a good, spicy salsa. The tacos here are so-so, without the right balance of everything. I didn't get pickles, and the salsa wasn't particularly enticing. There are always more taco places in the city to try, so I will likely keep looking for my favourite!

I recommend coming here if you just want a snack (but not a meal) or just don't want to spend a lot. Located on 3rd Street near South Park by a Shell gas station. They have a small table but just go to the park for one of the benches.Their tacos are cheapest amongst all the food trucks in this surrounding area of SOMA. Problem is their tacos are also the smallest and the fillings and add-ons are skimpiest. Usually, I can eat 3 tacos and am full or borderline stuffed. I had 4 tacos here and felt like would be hungry again in a couple hours.

If you're in a lunchtime rush around South Park, this taco truck by the Shell gas station will do the trick. Decent tacos but note that they're quite small though. They're pretty speedy with the orders and I'm generally in and out in under 5 minutes. I like the carnitas which are moist and flavorful but the carne asada can be a little dry. The fish tacos are pretty decent too. As mentioned above, you probably need quite a few tacos to feel full. If you're looking for a more filling meal, you're better off getting a burrito or torta for lunch. They also serve breakfast burritos for mornings when you really need more than cereal to get started. Not the most outstanding Mexican taco truck but it beats the lines in South Park any day if you're in a rush. Note that they are cash only though.

Always great tacos and enchiladas. I love these people. Super friendly and the food is delicious. One of our only surviving food establishments left in this neighborhood, so glad they made it.

El Ojo de Aqua is parked on the street alongside a Shell gas station.typical taco truck menu. pricier than elsewhere. protein list not seen. eats: al pasto [email protected]/fish tacos @2.50-actually forgotten what al pastor tasted like. must be ok or i would have noticed any problems-fish taco had a big chuck or two of fried fish. worth the price. not the usual tilipia.take outs:-food come out quick (in minutes)-service iffy since one window labeled and one isn't. i went to unlabeled window.-pricey food, better than average qualiiy, smiling service, so 3.5 stars.-short line, no seating noticed.

It's a good Taco Truck. I can't necessarily tell you every single element that makes this a solid little taco truck, but I can tell you that this one is solid. If you're walking down 3rd Street in SoMa, you'll find this place consistently parked out front of the Shell. I'd be perfectly happy to recommend this spot to someone craving some Mexican street food who would be walking by in the 'hood. I've eaten here a couple of times, although I think I only checked in once. The tacos were legit and tasty. They have a pretty good sized menu of other items as well. My theory about Mexican food is that you generally have to work a bit to do it badly - yet people frequently do, which baffles me. Clean, tasty, fast, good service. No dodgy meat. When I get a taco, it is full of good ingredients and it is clear the person who assembled it put forth some effort. I believe they also get here early enough for Breakfast Burritos, which I would be happy to try. They actually do have a table sitting outside the truck, but what you should do is walk over to South Park (no, not the foul-mouthed kids in Colorado) which is about half a block away. Not a shabby place to hang out on a workday and have a taco. Maybe I'm particularly biased because a random woman walked over to me while I was eating and said: "Are you Adam S. from Yelp?" True story. But, never blow your cover. I asked: "What's a Yelp?"
