Denhard's Market

Great corner shop with all kinds of fun drinks and snacks. It's on my walk to GGP and only a block or so from the entrance; I always like to stop in and grab a drink to take with me. Each time I pick something different to try and I'm not going to run out of options any time soon!

Corner mystery price store. Name your own price. That's right folks. No item in this store has a price tag. If you want to find out how much that beer in the back fridge costs, you have to take it to the counter, have it scanned, and find out how much it costs. Would you go to a supermarket and load up your cart with items and not know how much each item costs? Do I have "sucker" written on my forehead? Hasta la vista. I'll spend my money in a place where i know how much things cost.

I briefly stopped here on a weekend morning so it wasn't busy at all. The store was clean and looks like a typical mom and pop corner store. The owner was very friendly.

Denhard's is a fantastic neighborhood market. They have a vast selection with better brands and a better variety than the other stores that could be considered local competition. The beer selection here is superior to any other convenience store in the Inner Richmond. The staff here is friendly and helpful. I'm proud to walk a few extra blocks to frequent Denhard's for all of my convenience store and last minute needs.

If you are Black and you linger in the aisle for more than one minute, the owner will aggressively ask you if you're planning to buy something. No matter if you already made a purchase.

Denhard's Market has the usual goods for a neighhorhood corner store. beers/microbrews on the pricier side. (those that were priced)store is cramped in the sense it's too long aisles with no breaks.drink: bruce cost, "jasmine tea" ginger ale (2.25)-tasted fab, 37 gms cane sugar, 160 caloriesdidn't taste sugary..take outs:-some hard liquor behind the counter-friendly service.

Live literarily 1 block away and are friendly. Whenever I am short on cash they just give it to me! AWESOME!!!

Just tell people you have a fee for using a credit card. The fee is more than what the CC companies are charging you. Don't try to profit on the sly.
