Large cafe space that never seems too crowded, so definitely encourages hanging out. The dessert options are quite wide ranging and very yummy.Rose Milk Cake: I am loving this hybrid! It's like a tres leches cake with Middle Eastern flavors. Plus vibrant pink color, for extra glamour. Very rich. They didn't skimp on the moisture, which is a true sign of good tres leches!Pistachio Cheesecake: Looks really cool with neon green tones and pistachios on top. Taste was kinda meh though. Very bland with not much pistachio flavor. I was hoping for that really sweet tangy pistachio flavor found in pistachio paste and pistachio ice cream. Cheese cake had an airy whipped textured rather than dense baked texture.Bee Bite: Love the contrast of warm cheesy bread covered in sweet honey. I suppose it's technically dessert, but it's special.Baklava Nest: Nice thin lines of crispy dough with pistachio in the center. Love the texture more than regular baklava, but I kinda missed the soggy bottom.Börek: Looks like kinda potato pie when cold, but transform into something crispy with running cheese when warmed up. And there's actually no potatoes, just flaky dough between the delicious cheese. Not many savory pastries here, but this one is awesome.Adeni Tea: Ordered a pot to share with a co-worker. It was full of fragrant spices, with cardamom being most noticeable. Nice and creamy too, with sugar on the side. A great way to enjoy tea and chat.Turkish Coffee: Be sure you specify the order is for here and you want the fancy metal serving set. Otherwise it's just strong coffee in a paper cup. But somehow it's magical when served in the proper setting. You savor it better in the small cups. And I dunno, that spice aroma is just great.Iced Rose Delah Latte: Looks really cool with layer colors of pink, white and brown. However, the espresso dominates the flavor profile so you barely taste the rose when it's mixed. The rose milk cake was much stronger rose flavor.

We happened to find this cute coffee shop on Samsone and decided to check it out. The interior looks spotless and brand new, while the walls are adorned with beautiful artwork. As you walk up to the counter, you're greeted with the delicious smells of spices and sweets that they also display in front. The staff is so kind and lovely. We decided to order the Adeni Chai and it was amazing! Not too hot, it had this slight bitterness with a hint of earthy notes as well. If you like sweeter teas, I recommend asking for the honey on the side so that you can control the sweetness to preference. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I freaking love this place!!! There's often plenty of seating on weekend mornings, which is when I can usually carve out some time to sit & enjoy a book or get some miscellaneous work done. I really enjoy getting to pick from a wide variety of desserts every time I come here. The staff are very friendly and quick, and it's always clean here. The only thing is that in my experience, they often turn the music on & off - I'm not sure why that is!?Anyways, I just wanted to leave a review to reinforce how great of a cafe and dessert option this is for anyone looking to enjoy somewhere that is spacious, has plenty of treats to offer, and is very laptop friendly. On top of it, they're open very early and pretty late, which I LOVE! Late-night cafes are in such under supply in SF.Pro tip: they do not have bathrooms here! However, you can go to the nice hotel next door & use their bathrooms on the third floor!

This is a great new location for Delah Coffee. Great coffee, matcha and desserts. Lots of tables, some with plugs and good WIFI. It's a good place to work or network. The biggest drawback of this places is that there is no restroom here. You need to leave the coffee shop and go around the block to the second floor of the hotel next door in order to use the restroom. Making it very inconvenient if you were hoping to work for any longer period of time.

Very welcoming cute coffee shop. My family and I were warmly greeted. Ordered a cappuccino, delah shaken espresso and hot chocolate. Everything tasted delicious. I wish I would have ordered a bag of whole beans for at home because I enjoyed every sip of my drink. 10/10 recommend and 10/10 will be back.

Love this location for the beautiful decor, friendly service, and delicious drinks! It closes earlier than their 4th street location at 8pm, but later than all coffee shops in the area! There's wifi, outlets, and plenty of seating making it the perfect place to work or catch up with friends. I got their iced rose delah latte and loved it! The coffee is strong, the rose flavor is not overpowering, and the drink has spices giving it a unique taste. Only thing to note, it is a bit pricey at about $8.13 with tax. I have also tried the iced yemeni latte and enjoyed that as well! The simplest way to describe it would be a spiced honey latte -- cardamom, cinnamon, honey, etc.

What a gem in the fidi district! Their homemade treats and baklavas always get me to stop for a sweet treat. I am down bad for good baklava and Delah does a good job! A bit steep after tax ($9 for one piece) but it's a decent size and there are several competitors around the area. Service was okay - the lady was cleaning the counter and I was right next to her waiting to order. It didnt seem like she was in the rush to help me and it took an extra 10 mins to get checked out. On the bright side, if you're not in a rush and looking for a pretty spacious cafe good to catch up with folks or to sit around and enjoy your meal - Delah is the spot.

So I was in the area on early Sunday morning and drove by this inviting spot. Went inside and was intrigued by the decor and vibe. I've never had Turkish coffee and there's a first time for everything. Friendly counter folks- I asked for the Turkish coffee and the baklava- side note, all their pastries looked colorful and great btw. Few minutes passed and my coffee was ready. I was surprised at what I got- metal tray with an ornate kettle and a tiny sipping cup. It was something I would envision seeing overseas, but hey, I'm easily impressed! Coffee was rich and full of flavor. The baklava was excellent. Also tried ordering a pistachio latte but they were out of pistachios... oh well! Great coffee, great experience!

My review below was actually intended for the SoMa location, and I've since corrected my mistake and reviewed the SoMa location which I first went to. However, I have now also tried the FiDi location, so I want to properly share my thoughts on it. No surprise the FiDi location is pretty on par with the SoMa location. I asked the barista if I could get an Adeni chai latte with oat milk, and his response was "I gotchu". He also accommodated my other request to make it less sweet. I really appreciate how friendly the service is at Delah, which sets it apart from other mainstream cafés. While there is plenty of seating at Delah FiDi, the tables seem a bit more spread out than at Delah SoMa, so it feels less crowded. The "crowd" is no less lively though. This is a great spot to come and get some work done, as they have free WiFi. I could see myself coming to Delah regularly to take advantage of the productive energy in the air and satisfy my chai craving.
