The coffee here is phenomenal. We were staying at The Jay hotel right next to Delah, and we decided to stop by for coffee. We ordered the Spanish latte and a caramel cake. The Spanish latte was the best I've ever had. I wasn't expecting it to be so good!

First time trying Yemeni style coffee and it was really delicious! We came in on a Saturday around noon and it was really busy inside. It's a pretty big cafe and all of the tables were taken. This is a great spot to work from! The iced yemeni latte w/ honey was ~$9 after tax & tip. It was great but definitely pricey for a 16 ounce latte. The spices in the latte reminded me of a chai, it was very refreshing & the perfect amount of sweetness! They also had an entire case full of yummy looking pastries & desserts that I'd love to try next time!

Most of the coffee shops that I go to make traditional Italian or Asian-inspired drinks, so I was really excited to try Delah Coffee, which specializes in Yemeni coffee. My friend and I stopped by early evening at Delah Coffee for a pick me up, and was surprised at how packed the cafe was with students. It is understandable why they're popular, based how late the cafe is open, the free wifi and the yummy drinks and foods. I ordered one of their specialty drinks: the Yemeni latte. It was spiced, and nice and hot, perfect for warming me up in the cold SF winter. I got it sweetened, but it wasn't overpowering. This was my first time having coffee with such a strong spice profile, and it gave me strong sense of comfort and relaxation while I enjoyed the drink. I also tried their caramel (?) cake, which was REALLY calling out to me in the display case because of how moist the cake looked. It was a perfect pairing with my latte, although a tad too sweet.

Delah Coffee is a great meeting point if you're going to Yerba Buena Gardens and they have a wonderful looking array of pastries and coffee. I only had a regular coffee, but others in my group ordered pastries and more exotic coffees. The pistachio latte they advertised looked really good, but it was a bit pricey, so I stuck with regular coffee, which was pretty good. One person who ordered a special coffee said it was a bit too sweet for her taste and I didn't see anywhere that indicated you could choose the level of sweetness you prefer. I would definitely return if I'm in the area.

Coffee is great. Atmosphere is lovely and interior is beautifully decorated. Maybe just don't get their frosty breezes? My partner and I were in the area and looking for a quick refresher-- found Delah within walking distance and stopped by. Quite popular on a Saturday afternoon-- there was a sizable line inside, and our drinks took around 15 mins to come out. We luckily found seating when another couple happened to head out.PISTACHIO LATTE (w/oat milk): On their seasonal menu. So delicious! Smooth, creamy, and just a hint of nuttiness. Sweetened just right. FROSTY PARADISE: ???? This tastes like straight up Red Bull LOL. I should have asked before ordering, because "frosty breeze" sounds like a smoothie, right? And "infused" with energy drinks sounds like it's blended in, right? No, it's a refresher-type beverage. But mouth-puckeringly sweet. And for $7... May be for you if you like energy drinks? The flavor difference was jarring... I would recommend only getting their coffees moving forward.

Delah coffee has some solid lattes and chai, however the customer service is not the friendliest and there are not many outlets or seating for studying. When I went with friends I decided to get the rose latte which has a beautiful gradient from brown to pink and was packed with flavor with every sip. The coffee here is definitely potent and authentic and the rose syrup was sweetened to perfection. Definitely recommend checking out Delah coffee for some great lattes and chai but it is not the best spot to study at.

When looking up Delah locations in SF to meet a friend for some Yemeni lattes, I noticed my Yelp review was featured on the FiDi location in Apple maps. Whoops! That review was totally meant for the SoMa location, which I visited first, so here goes. The service was so friendly here, and it felt like a lively, welcoming space with many people still working or catching up here late on a weekday night. I ordered a small hot Adeni chai latte with oat milk for takeout along with a coconut pomegranate Turkish delight. The Adeni Chai was smooth, lightly creamy, and not too sweet. The Turkish delight was thick, chewy, and delicious. I'm so glad I discovered this place for perfect chai lattes and treats and a thriving work-from-café culture.

The place can be crowded but an excellent service and large (and delicious) pastry selection makes up for it. You may need more than one visit to try it all - - which base on modest selection - is an objective worth pursuing. Decor is well-designed.

We were in the mood to try something new, but wow, their coffee tasted awful! The staff was also rude and seemed impatient when we asked for another cup lid. Unfortunately, it wasn't the greatest experience.
