Cuppa for years is a neighborhood staple to grab Boba tea and a soft serve . Due to a flood months before they have been closed for months. They have now reopened and now back in business. This is a spacious place where you can enjoy a dessert and play board games. This is the spot to hangout and meet. They also serve snacks here. I got the strawberry matcha boba here and it was tasty and it wasn't too sweet by request. There was the right amount of matcha to strawberry ratio in the drink in each sip. I then had to try peach ice tea which was refreshing and had a good taste to it. They also have smoothies here. It is good to see Cuppa back. There aren't any other Boba places within a mile of Cuppa. I am glad they reopened. Cuppa is back on the scene Serving Boba and soft serve on their self soft serve machine

Not a very good milk tea, have tried them twice. It's a large cup with mostly milk, very weak tea. I can't believe they charge extra for boba which is standard everywhere else. So it costs almost $7 for mostly milk.Boba is tough. Not fresh?

We have been here before, but this was a particularly good visit. It was nice to see the place busy. Also great to see the staff able to handle it when it's crowded. We didn't have any food, but we got a couple of drinks. Mine was a Matcha mango and my husband was also some sort of mango drink. While they were on the expensive side, they were very enjoyable, flavorful and well crafted. This has become quite a spot for teenagers in the area. It was fun to see the place can turn into a youthful clientele. The place is clean and inviting, one thing the door is a little out of line to the bathroom is hard to lock. Otherwise great experience

Asian inspired drinks in the area. Had the taro and spam musubi. Both were ok- service was great. They also had Yemeni coffee and Yemeni chai which sets them apart from other Asian dessert places.

In many Asian households, the highest compliment for something that's supposed to be sweet is, "Yum, it's not too sweet!" Cuppa isn't enthusiastic about making sugary drinks according to a posted sign, which suits my palate just fine. Though their pretty ombre drinks are tempting (July4 is red, white, & blue, & Summer Sunsets is aptly named), I've always only ordered the unadventurous, but reliably delicious Decaf Jasmine Green Milk Tea with lychee jelly. I alternate between 50% and 75% sweet & honestly, they both taste similar & perfectly not-too-sweet for me. Love it, will continue to order it. I've yet to try their frozen yogurt, but I did buy Chicken Teriyaki Misubi (two pieces to an order) based on being told that it's made with chicken breast. Plot twist: it was made with chicken thigh, my least favorite piece. All good, they excel at making milk tea, & that's all that matters. I guess you could say Cuppa is my cuppa tea.

It was middle of the road and barely passable frozen yogurt. Nothing about this place is special minus some of the interesting baked goods that I would describe as trying a bit too hard for me to actually want to try them. They took a straightforward thing like frozen yogurt and have like the most inhospitable / not useable toppings area. I'm surprised they didn't end up all over the floor. The flavors were nothing special and kicker was its way overpriced. Go to Noe Valley for Easy Breezy.

I been to this boba shop once and I forgot to review it but if you want pretty gradient boba drinks this is the place to go. I got the coconut island drink with boba and some boba place you can hardly taste the coconut but this one actually had a strong taste of it. At the time I didnt get to try some of their snacks but really wish I did

I ordered a taro milk tea with boba and a mini chocolate chip muffin around 4:15 pm. The case displaying the pastries was very full, which I should have acknowledged that they may not have been good. The mini muffin was literally cold; as if it wasn't done defrosting. The middle was very hard. The taro milk tea had absolutely no flavor -- I mean none. The boba tasted stale and watery. I initially was happy to see this establishment reopened but based on my order today I will not come back. I could have saved my $.
