Firstly, went there to celebrate my Mother's 84th Bday. Everyone, most especially the Bday Celebrant loved the seafood combo (shrimp with heads on, green muscles, and scallops with Garlic Butter sauce! Everyone loved the sauce! All that we ordered from appetizers to main dish, mainly seafood, were all FRESH!Service in this restaurant is superb, top notch. From the time we entered the restaurant until we left, everyone in the staff was very attentive! The place itself doesn't make you feel cramped, even for a party of 6or more, as there were big spaces between each table. They even have small booths should you need for a party of 2-4.Lastly, when we got to our tab, I was surprised how reasonable the final tab was. From the appetizers to our main dish for 6 people, there were many left-overs. We were so glad to be able to take home the left over (our loot bags) So yummy! So if you want fresh seafood, very attentive wait staff, and a good prize for Cajun Seafood-what are you waiting for, come and visit NEWARK's Best kept secret,CRABBY-CRABBY!

We LOVE crabby crabby and have been coming for years, they used to not be so crowded and every time we came we had an odd fear they would be permanently closed. They changed owners a couple years ago and now have an interesting blend of traditional Cajun broil and Mexican food. The interior was also redone into more of a broil theme and there are plenty of TVs to watch the game. You still get to dump the bag on the table and make a big mess and every orders comes with a bib and gloves. The thing I love is they are ultra ultra consistent, the broils are always made to order so your seafood is freshly prepared. There are other Cajun broils where the crawfish or shrimp are cooked to mush from sitting in a giant pot a long time.Fried catfish and fries: We always get this and our little hack is not getting potatoes with our seafood and using dipping the french fries in the cajun sauce instead. The fish comes super super hot so be careful, we break it in half to let them cool down faster. Just writing this making me hungry for them. Shrimp + Snow Crab with Corn and Sausage: We'll get this medium or mild depending on our mood, it's always satisfying and hits the spot. If they forget utensils for the crab you can ask for scissors and a crab shell cracker, if you are advanced you can use parts of the crab to pick out meats from other parts. They have a rare taco here made of beef intestine I haven't seen anywhere else, these are prepared well and tender and look great with the distinct mini rings from slicing the intestines. They have combos and specials that save $$$ so you can check the placard near the door or the posters on the outside window. They also do takeout if you want to get the super spicy version and sweat privately at home.

Cajun seafood boil with a Mexican twist indeed! The food here was so flavorful and delicious! And the service was friendly and super attentive. Anytime me or my wife needed something someone was already at our table like they knew. Let's start off with the tacos . Me and my wife both ordered the shrimp tacos or Camaron and they were super flavorful and had a nice crunch. My wife ordered the Carne Asada and I ordered the Carnitas for our second taco. The taco Tuesday deal was $1.99 per taco which in this economy is a great deal for a taco.Soon after we finish our tacos, our seafood boil was ready and at our table. We ordered the non-spicy, but my wife ordered a side of medium sauce since she likes a little kick.. but the actual sauce we ordered was very flavorful and had a nice kick, even though I don't like spicy. We ordered a lobster tail add-on, which was a little overcooked, but I think that's because we ate that last and so it overcooked inside the bag . We will definitely try this place again. The wait staff was friendly and very attentive. The ambience was very similar to other Cajun seafood boil places, but the difference was there wasn't writing all over the walls which set this place apart because it felt a lot cleaner. This hidden gem needs to be on your map of places to try for 2025! 11/10 highly recommend.

The service is great, the location is nice with plenty of parking. Paper plates kind of cheesy. Lb of shrimp were very good as were the fried shrimp. Both portions were generous. Only issue that I had was the fried platter were all battered in same coating so the shrimp, Calamari and fish all tasted the same. Tarter sauce not good although the Cocktail sauce was perfect. Fish Taco needed to have a better portion of fish. All in all it is good for what it is.

Came on a Sunday at 7pm and it was empty but I'm confused as to why, because it's soooo good! We ordered garlic noodles, snow crab and shrimp (medium spicy) and got a free calamari and fries with the yelp check in! The staff was also very kind. The medium is pretty spicy so beware. These people are so generous with the amount of sauce they give. I would definitely come back!

Came here after work with a friend and it was not super packed because it was a weekday so we were seated immediately. We both got 1lb head on shrimp crabby crabby al three and chose our spice levels. After a little bit of our conversation, the food arrived. We also shared a garlic noodle instead of rice today. The flavor was great and they are very accommodating. The waiter was filling our water and checking in on us frequently. I was able to finish my whole bag, but my friend ate more noodles and she had a few shrimps left. My friend and I love seafood boil. Out of all the places we've been to, Crabby Crabby is our favorite. It's good flavor, the shrimp is good sizing, and the cost is very reasonable. Plus, the location is clean and the parking is easy because it's inside a plaza.

Came here after a anime convention. Being from the south, I alwayssssss love a tasty seafood boil. Can't go wrong with a place called Crabby Crabby. I'm not sure if it was a slow night, but there was maybe 2 other active tables when I came in. It was calm and smelled great. The service was still attentive, even towards the end of the night. The food was very tasty indeed. I would definitely come back to satisfy my seafood cravings.

My food buddy, have just found this place very close to our destination and i thank her for it! For we got a calamari with fries which is good to my taste very crumchies and even better with the dippings. Gumbo with shrimp it is soo good, (the single serving can accommodate 2 person). For the entree, I ordered shrimp with black mussel (you can choose how spicy you want). The downside, my friend ordered two tacos the pork and the beef gut, it needs seasoning though and the serving is good for 1 bite. The place has a quiet vibes on weekdays, classy and family friendly, employees are efficient and took the order with precision. We've spend only $45 which is not bad. Check this place out!

Not sure if we went on an off day but we weren't very happy with the food. I ordered the "clean shrimp" and it was over cooked and shriveled almost like rubber. The sauce had a good flavor. The potatoes weren't fully cooked so they had a very starchy flavor. My niece ordered the shrimp with head. She was only able to eat about 4 because the shells were stuck to the shrimp. We also got the fried shrimp which was super crispy but the shrimp was also over cooked. Really good customer service though. We typically go to another similar place in the area but decided to give this one a try.

Cool decor, typical of Cajun boil places. They have some great combo specials, so we thought we'd give this place a try. The flavors were solid, and "mild" spice had just the right amount of kick, and everything tasted fresh. My only complaint was the lobster tail was very chewy and overcooked. The servers were friendly and accommodating with replacing any out of stock items. Overall this place was pretty good. I would come back again.
