Came out for a birthday event. Lots of seating and lots of wine/beer choices. I don't know my wines but we got a nice bottle of red to share with 4 people. Bartender was friendly and quick! Will definite be back.

The wine, service, and ambience were all bad.- First of all the online menu wouldn't pull up and the bartender told us that she didn't have any paper menus. I realized later that she could have offered us the WiFi password but under just told us to look at the shelves- That alone would have been fine but the wine was also sub par, even though I asked for their best cab and Pinot. And one of the glasses was chilled below serving temp while the other glass was at room temp. - lastly, the bartender was watching a monster movie at a really loud volume and we were the first customers of the evening. Instead of turning down the TV, she instead blasted hip hop music to drown out the TV volume. Even though we sat as far away from the TV as possible, it was really hard to enjoy our conversation. When I asked her to turn down the music, she did but didn't turn down the TV volume because I figured she would get the hint and turn down the TV as well. But she kept it on.So we left without finishing our wine, which I didn't really mind since neither of us really cared for the wine.Anyhow, I feel bad giving this place a negative review because we live in the neighborhood but since we rarely get a chance to have a date night because of our 2yo son, I can't help but feel frustrated that our happy hour was ruined and we just went home to relieve our nanny.I hope this place upgrades their wine list, offers paper menus (or gives the WiFi if they see that the menu isn't loading) and improves their ambience. That being said this place probably caters to a younger crowd since the sign outside said that students and faculty get happy hour prices with ID.So to be fair, if you're younger than 25yo, don't mind loud music or TVs, and you're not that picky with the wine that you drink, then you might like this spot.

Jon C's review is 100% on point! First (and last) time here last week, it was for a going away gathering. Extremely poor service, lady does not look happy to be there at all, doesn't want to be bothered, knows nothing about wine and is more interested in watching her movie. Very poor wine selection, actually there's no selection at all. There is only one bottle available for each type of varietal and they were all cheap wines (the $20 and under types of wine from the grocery store). Also noted that not one other single customer came into the wine bar during the 4 hours we were there from 6-10pm. It was a very strange place...almost like it's a front for something else....

Found this underrated wine bar near my house. I love coming to this place since they are always making sure to help you find a wine that you love and fits your taste. They have a variety of wines from around the world. Personally, I like that they have a variety of wine prices too. Sometimes indulging in a $13 glass of wine is what the night called for. I personlly have found to love the Arista Pinot noir! A bigger plus is they have a great happy hour. They don't have a full menu, but they do have small plates like charcuterie plates. Even better, they have teamed up with the restaurant next door. You order directly with Derm Restaurnat and they will bring over the food for you. We love this aspect and found the burger to be delicious. The inside is cute and they have a good amount of bar seats in front of the TV to catch live games. They tend to change wines, so always something new to try!

Corx is a new/old addition to the neighborhood. Corx took over the space of the prior wine bar (Internos). So it's a new business with a similar look and feel as the old. They just opened so are still working out some of the details. We ordered a couple glasses of "house wines" and the charcuterie plate. The wines were quite good, especially at $7 a glass. We tried a second glass each - a white and a red they recommended. They were very good (though at a higher price than the house wines). For food we ordered the charcuterie plate, which is the only in-house option at the moment (more options coming). It was fairly standard though a decent value with the amount you received for the price. the meets and cheeses had a very good flavor to them. For more dining options they have joined with Derm located 2 doors down (another local favorite). You can order and they will deliver to Corx with plates and utensils. The Corx staff is friendly and knowledgeable about wine. The background music was a nice funky upbeat jazz that fit the atmosphere. We look forward to when they have a bigger food menu. We will be back - and encourage others to support this new business.COVID-19 INDOOR WINE-ING SUMMARYThey provide hand sanitizer at the door. Tables are spread out and distanced from each other. Staff wears masks at all times. Each table has a QR code that brings up the wine and food menu. Areas are sanitized after each customer.COVID-19 Safety Precautions- Staff all wearing masks and gloves- Customers requested to wear masks to enter and requested to when ordering - Menu accessed via QR Code- Hand sanitizer use requested when entering- Take-away service available

Wasn't very welcoming. Was excited to check out a neighborhood wine spot. Probably won't be back with Breck's right down the street. Looks nice on the inside though.

Wonderful place. Stumbled upon it by chance and it was exactly what I needed. Good wine, chill atmosphere. The pours for Happy Hour are BIG. Bartender Imee was very friendly and created a cozy atmosphere. Will come back here for sure if I'm around these places.

Awful place. The bartender had the TV up so loud when I got there I couldn't even think straight. Then at one point, she disappeared to move her truck. Then she disappeared again just to sit outside and smoke for a very long time. She was drinking alcohol the entire time. We had to go get her if we wanted more wine. She over charged us. At that point I was ready to get the hell out of this dysfunctional place.I love how all the reviews mention the female bartender who watches her movies super loud. Clearly she needs to go. You'll never get quality people in this place with such shitty service and no respect for the customers.
