Man, I got that mixed up plate platter. Which offers a Variety of Different Meats which means different flavors and Man where there's so many flavors contrasting I'm talking The Best Carne Asada Ever The Best Chicken Ever. I don't even like chorizo, but this chorizo taste so great and different than that Safeway bought stuff. Most Def made a new Client outta Me. See you again soon my friend. Great service too and good luck to your company. The Empanadas were perfectly and tasted fresh.

Decided to grab lunch at this food truck while they were stationed at Open Sauce in Cow Palace, and I'm so glad we chose this over the other food trucks. I was really craving something dank, and so I got an arepas de queso rellena from Colombians Food Factory, and everything was so delicious, The arepa with steak was rich, but the sweetness of the corn in the actual arepa dough helped dial back the overall savoriness of everything. The dish with fries, crispy potato sticks, sausage, beef, and sauce (sorry, I don't know the name) was SO good and satisfying for an empty stomach. The sausage, potato sticks, and sauce really elevated everything. Seriously, if I find this food truck again, I'm ordering with no hesitation. Loved our food :)

This is not for two people. When we removed the sauce containers, half the platter was empty. This is the saddest picada ever (does not look like the pictures) Never again am I paying 40 dollars for a subway stuffings. We're ordering mcdonalds after this :(

The mazorcada from this food truck truly takes me back to the flavors of street food in my homeland. The combination of sweet corn, flavorful sauce (which I usually request on the side for customizable indulgence), and generous cheese portions never disappoints. This time, I opted for chicharrón topping, and it was perfection - crispy yet juicy, striking the ideal balance between meat and fat. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is prompt. They always ensure your order is exactly how you like it. Conveniently located on a street with easy parking, it's a breeze to walk right up to the truck and place your order.

The food had a lot of meat to it. The beef empanadas were full of beef, but a little salty. overall it was really good. The arepas de Chicharron were delicious. You could tell the arepas were made from scratch and were super cheesy! The chicharron was soft and seasoned. Again a lot of meat was included! This food truck is Definitly worth a try. The service was quick and efficient. The order was out in less than 10 minutes. The ambiance personally lacked. The food truck was a little dull and it is on a random corner in Folsom . I feel like they could have a picture of their logo bigger and more noticeable.Overall I think it is a great combination of Colombian cuisine & fast food!!

there is an very excellent and unique/silly/dunny hotdogs and fries item on the menu cross-listed as "salchipapas" and "sausage and fries", i think it'll catch on move aside san diego carne asada fries, that was _SO_ 2000s (m__m)if you're in the mood for more funniness there is quite a selection of colombian soda drinks like MANZANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best hot dog in the San Francisco. The combination of the sauces along with the chips and cheese inside was so good ! Portion was big and price was very good too.

In their beginning they used to be good, they had potential but suddenly the management ruined it.A few days ago we were so excited to grab a Colombian Hot Dog, so we went there. Surprisingly they change the quality. We got home and the hot dog was waaay different, the ingredients are not the best anymore and some of the toppings listed on the menu were missing. I texted them and they never got back to me. They simply don't care about costumer service. It's a pity! but we're never going back.

This food is disgusting and expensive. Took my order during lunch time and they took 20min for one arepa y one maduro. The arepa is $16 and maduro $10. The maduro was small and okay. The arepa was so gross the smell of rancid oil coming out it gave me nausea. Took two bites of the arepa and threw it in the trash. My total bill was $33 with tip for two items. Waste of money and time.

Food was good. It did take a long time to get our food and they forgot a part of our order. Food was a little pricer than other places i have gone for Colombian food
