Another spot I frequent very infrequently. This part of SF has few coffee options and today I was near and needed some starter fluid. The coffee is not A plus but the Claddagh is spotless with good service. I think my coffee had some sugar in it (not my preference) but then talking through masks through glass on Christmas eve can make for miscommunications. One day I hope to be able to sit down here...there are never available seats! But good for them.

Their coffee is decent, though not fancy. I ordered an oat milk mocha, and it was okay, though it could have had more chocolate flavor. I wouldn't recommend the bagels. They didn't ask if I wanted it toasted or not, but just went ahead and toasted. The bagels looked not great in the case. I would've skipped it if I'd seen the case before ordering. There's plenty of seating. Nothing fancy decor wise. There were lots of people hanging out outside drinking coffee.

The coffee here is great, but I go here for the sandwiches which are superb! Always super fresh and made to order with care.

** The following review reflects my experience prior to the shelter-in-place order currently in effect. **This place kinda makes me smile not because it's a business full of personal warmth or a source of first-class coffee. It's because if you were to establish the epitome of the anti-artisan coffee shop, this would be it, the anti-Blue Bottle, anti-Artis, anti-Illy, and yes, anti-Philz, all rolled into this locally popular place on Geneva. They sure don't put on airs here, and that was a good thing when you're just looking for fuel before a long walk home. I ordered the $3.35 Cafe au Lait, and it wasn't kissed by the gods of freshly roasted coffee beans born in some agrarian third-world country. It was just hot and hit the spot (photo: https://bit.ly/34zVlM3).COFFEE - 3 stars...I said it hit the spotAMBIANCE - 3 stars...kinda like being at the bus terminal SERVICE - 3.5 stars...all business TOTAL - 3 stars...there must be something Irish about this place...not sure what except the nameRELATED - Looking for a cup of coffee in the city? Cool spot to get a coffee in a relaxing atmosphere. The white mocha was good. They have great service here. A cool neighborhood feel of a place.

This is a long overdue review for this neighborhood coffee shop. This cafe is a popular morning spot for middle-aged Chinese men who smoke outside in the morning before they go to work. The girls are really quick at taking orders and clearing the lines, as well as efficient at making drinks. Quality of my caramel macchiato tends to stay consistent - just okay. The owner is very nice but tends to be a little slower at making the drinks. Sometimes I also get the Breakfast Bagel ($3.95) with a plain bagel, swiss, ham, and egg. I realized that every time I asked for swiss, they always gave me a creamy white cheese which I later found out to be white cheddar. Still pretty good but not what I asked for, ya know. This is the place to go for a quick caffeine fix but may not be an ideal place to hang around.

What a wonderful coffee shop. This is exactly the shop this area needed. The breakfast bagel was excellent. Crocker-Amazon needs more gathering spots-and this one is perfect. It was lovely to hear Frank Sinatra playing. Thanks, Claddagh Coffee!

The local friendly coffee store. Most of the local Asian seniors hang out here all day. Free wifi!Coffee isn't bad and it's the only cafe in the area. They serve sandwiches and a variety of other biscuits etc.

Great neighborhood coffee spot. Love the cold brew, espresso drinks, blended drinks and they make great bagels. I work in a coffee shop and like to go here because of the quality and supporting small local shops that do a great job.
