!! CASH ONLY !!Cherry Blossom Bakery is an absolute gem! The selection of fresh, delicious pastries is unbeatable, and everything I tried was top-notch.I got a full box of goodies for just $15, which is an amazing deal considering the quality and flavor. Here's what I had: * Egg Tarts - Buttery, flaky crust with a silky, creamy egg custard filling. Not too sweet, just the perfect balance. * Cocktail Bun - Soft and fluffy bread filled with a sweet coconut filling that was rich and fragrant. Every bite was heaven! * Special BBQ Pork Bun - Unlike your typical char siu bao, this had a unique twist with a slightly crispy top and a perfectly seasoned, tender BBQ pork filling. So good! * Taro Ball - This was such a treat! A lightly fried exterior with a warm, slightly sweet taro filling that was creamy and satisfying. * Custard Bun - Soft, pillowy bun with a luscious, creamy custard inside. It wasn't overly sweet, which made it even better!Everything was fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. Just a heads-up: they are CASH ONLY, so make sure to bring cash! Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area. I'll be back for more!

I spend thousands of dollars at the bakery each year buying buns and cakes for my family and friends and as a reward for a high spender like me.. I recently received a free bday sponge cake. Love it how they rewards their loyal customers with a generous gift but it's not good as it looks.I ordered this bday cake for my family member and had the most pleasure of discovering the components of the cake. Fruit is fresh, cake tastes fresh however, why do I feel they are skimping out of the sponge cake? Every cake I order from them, I am instantly reminded of how skimpy there are but every time that perhaps... maybe they ran out of cake?? That it's okay to forgive them cuz they are busy? But after buying their cake year round for entire family about 8-9 people, but over time, I came to the conclusion that there is no hope that they will fix the way they make their cake. Unapologetically skimping.25% cake20% fruits55% cream I'm trying to be very fair and report the truth. Maybe the chef loves whip cream and just feel that the cake is better with whip cream? I'm thoroughly disappointed with their cake making practices. I just cannot find the sincerity that's supposed to make me feel appreciated as a customer. Very disappointing.

Pretty solid so far. CASH ONLY! I tried their egg tart and hot Hong Kong milk tea a few days ago and enjoyed them both! Egg tarts had the flakey crust, which I prefer over shortbread crust. The Hong Kong milk tea had that signature bold, silky flavor that's hard to come by, making it feel authentic. I ordered it at half sweet, but it was still a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I'll try 25% sweetness. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the quality. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a bakery I'd return to when I'm craving some classic Hong Kong flavors!

Cherry Blossom Bakery makes really, REALLY good Asian breads and pastries. The bread is pillowy soft, and the filled buns do not skimp on the fillings. I have yet to have a bad pastry here. My family and I usually get the cocktail buns, green onion buns, char siu baos, and red bean buns. All in all, a very solid Asian bakery that's not too expensive!

Note: I got my order for deliveryI've ordered from Cherry Blossom Bakery multiple times now for delivery and everything is always so good. Their custard buns are my favorite but I've also had their mini hot dog buns, which I love but unfortunately don't have a picture of. I'm sure if I went in person and picked up my order fresh that I'd love the food even more but you simply cannot go wrong with their custard buns, pork buns, or hot dog buns. Their pork buns are so pillowy and soft. The meat is tender with just a touch of sweetness which compliments the bread so well. Their only competitor for me is Red House Bakery over on San Bruno Ave but if you're in the area, I would recommend Cherry Blossom Bakery; and live I said it's nice that they are on delivery apps too!

I came here to grab some baked goods to try at home and ended up getting a chocolate mousse cake, mango mousse cake, and a durian pastry. I was helped pretty quickly and paid in cash. Both the chocolate and mango mousse cakes were quite similar, with a decent layer of mousse on top of a soft sponge cake, plus a few toppings. They were okay overall, but the mousse wasn't as fluffy or moist as I would have liked, leaving a bit of a dry mouthfeel. The flavor tasted slightly artificial, though given the lower price, it wasn't too surprising. The durian pastry had a faint smell, but the filling was more sweet bean paste than durian, with just a hint of durian aftertaste. The outside was nice and crispy. Overall, it's an okay bakery, on par with Sheng Kee, though they might offer some more unique items.

Came in to cherry blossom to do their cake tasting. The lady service us was kind and offered us to sit and have some tea. We tried the mango mousse, chocolate mousse, cappuccino, and strawberry mousse along with their strawberry cream cake. We ended up sticking with the mixed fruitcake and strawberry cream cake. If you order a 3 tiered cake, you can choose up to 3 flavors. The weekend prior we bought their fruitcake for Mother's Day and thought the cake was decent and decided to order our wedding cake here.

I love this bakery so much! I don't know why there aren't more 5-star reviews. My experiences here have always been flawless.ONE THING THAT PEOPLE FAIL TO MENTION IS THAT THIS PLACE TAKES ZELLE PAYMENTS. If you don't bring cash, that's no problem - ask them for their Zelle and it's done super quickly. I appreciate this option so much!I really love the lady at the front who always says, "And then?!" when you order. It's such a funny way of upselling and she does a great job. Upselling is important in every business so I completely understand. She has gotten me to get custard buns, ham & cheese buns, and hot dog buns when I wasn't planning on it and I never regretted my decisions! Everything is so cheap for what you get - usually 3 mini hot dog buns for $3.75, 3 mini pork buns for $3.75, and so on. Very, very worth! Bread is always nice and soft, and lots of times if you come at a good time they come out right fresh out of the oven.Best bakery!

I saw this place on yelp and the first thing I thought about was the how affordable the pastries are! The cakes look super good I never can find a place that sells in minis so I'm super excited. The service was very nice they asked if we would like to get started with a drink while we waited got a boba of course :) The cost was around $35 for all of these things
