been passing by this place for almost a year and decided it was time to go try it. It's your typical Chinese take out with the classic menu items. Today we ordered a beef chow fun spicy and an orange chicken entree with it. The spiciness of the beef chow fun was spicy and Smokey. It did need a bit more soy sauce to have a bit more saltiness. The orange chicken was lacking in crunch due to it probably being soggy from the closed container. Other than that, the sauce of the orange chicken is very light and I personally liked how it was not drenched in straight up sauce. If there was a party, I would definitely come back and order the party trays.

Chinese takeout that hits the spot! I usually order via doordash and the food comes deliciously hot which is a great. My favorite meal here is their combination #5 which comes with beef broccoli, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. The beef broccoli is scrumptious and the fried rice is well seasoned too. Their egg roll is alright. I tried their combination#3, sweet & sour pork, chicken chow mein, and an eggroll which was pretty good too.

I might of came on an off day from all the reviews, but I ordered the house combination fried rice and the salt and pepper pork spare ribs to go. As soon as I got home, I noticed a rancid odor of old or reused oil. It was not pleasant. First box open the Fried rice, it was coming from the rice. Next box open, salt pepper ribs. It was coming from there also! Extremely disappointed. Mind you, I was a bit surprised at the pieces. There were unusually big. Some pieces shouldn't have been used for the dish. Not meaty at all, camouflage by batter and unsatisfying. I ate what I could, but scrapped the rest. Service was 5, average. Good earned money gone to waste...

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. Started off at the other location. Was so happy when they moved to this location, which was literally around the corner from where I lived. The owner knew of my family since we would frequent this place, especially after church. She would always ask about my brother, which I think is so thoughtful.I love, love, loooooveee their chicken fried rice. I would always get it as a kid, and will continue to order it. It has always been so flavorful, huge chunks of chicken which I've never experienced elsewhere.I love their beef & broccoli.Took my husband here for the first time since he's been in California, and he loves their sesame chicken.

Chef P's crispy calamari is a revelation in every bite - irresistibly crunchy and bursting with flavor. While the price tag might lean towards the higher end, the exquisite taste makes it a worthwhile indulgence.Pairing this dish with rice and vinegar is a game-changer. The contrast of textures and the tangy kick of vinegar elevate the experience to a whole new level. It's a symphony of flavors that resonates with my taste buds.Chef P's mastery in achieving the perfect crispiness without compromising on taste is truly commendable. The calamari is not just a dish; it's a culinary journey that captivates the senses.Chef P's crispy calamari is a must-try. The balance of indulgence and satisfaction is struck effortlessly in this dish, making it an exceptional addition to any dining adventure.

I pass by this place almost everyday & I finally tried it! The chowmein & orange chicken were really good. The walnut shrimp sauce was too sweet for me. Recommend asking for light sauce. The service is great. The lady at the front desk was really nice.

One of the best orange chicken I've ever eaten! My fiancé and I saw a video on TikTok about the plates and decided to give it a try. We got the chicken chow mein spicy, spicy garlic shrimp, orange chicken and chicken potstickers. A man (who I assume was the owner) asked us how everything was and recommended to try white steamed rice with the spicy garlic shrimp sauce (AMAZING). Food came out within 10 minutes and was all hot and fresh. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I can't say enough good things about Chef P's and the incredible experience we had, all thanks to Loyd, the owner, and his amazing team. Irina and I accidentally showed up about 15 minutes before closing, and despite the late hour, we were warmly greeted and treated like royalty.Loyd and his staff served us some of the best Chinese food we've ever had! The salt and pepper spare ribs were fresh and perfectly seasoned, the honey walnut shrimp was divine, and the ice-cold beers hit the spot. We even got to try a special drink off the secret menu, which was a fun and delicious surprise. We've already told our friends and family about this place, and we're planning to enjoy Chinese food for Thanksgiving this year--all thanks to Loyd and the unforgettable experience he provided. We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks again, Loyd!
