WATCH OUT: Good food, but I am dissatisfied as this is the second time visiting that they have charged me extra for my usual order. Please beware of your receipts and make sure they are not scamming you.

Super delicious! I had a great watermelon agua fresca, shrimp taco and carne asada taco. Fresh and quality ingredients and excellent service. I went with a large group of friends and we moved through the line quickly.Comes with chips and if you ask for some, salsa. You also have to ask for napkins and any needed (plastic) cutlery...I had to go back for that and wish it was just out to grab. Maybe it's more sanitary this way? But who isn't going to need at least one napkin?! Just give me the napkin please!

Casa Mexicana delivers a dining experience that's both warm and satisfying. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like a valued guest, greeting you with genuine smiles and prompt service. The ambiance is inviting, with colorful decor and a lively yet cozy atmosphere that adds to the overall charm of the place. It's clear that they take pride in their hospitality, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and full. The highlight of my visit was the Super Burrito, priced at a reasonable $14. This burrito was nothing short of exceptional, with fresh ingredients perfectly wrapped in a soft tortilla. The flavors melded together wonderfully, creating a mouthwatering combination that left me thoroughly impressed. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price. Casa Mexicana truly excels in delivering delicious, hearty meals that are worth every penny. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for top-notch Mexican cuisine.

While the classic SF Mexican spots are mostly all located in the mission, this Noe Valley hole in the wall did not disappoint. Casa is a more traditional Mexican restaurant than other spots I've been to in the city. Burritos and tacos are very good and for a very affordable price! The salsas are my favorite part. Service is very kind and quick!

Used to come here for the breakfast burritos because it was the only option in Noe valley for the item. The staff don't know I speak and understand Spanish but the male staff constantly blurt homosexual pejoratives in front of my face like I'm blissful ignorant to it but am not. If You support homophobia in Noe Valley and SF continue to give them your support but they will no longer deserve my coin and business.

If you're used to Mexican food in The Mission or Excelsior, Casa Mexicana II may not hit for you.It didn't hit for me.My go-to taqueria is Mexico Tipico (Excelsior) but I didn't have enough time to deal with the parking situation since I was working so I gave Casa Mexicana II a shot (their original location Castro is permanently closed).Casa Mexicana II is open for takeout, delivery, and indoor dining. No outdoor dining. I ordered the Chicken Mole Burrito w/ no rice and no beans, and added guacamole. With chips and salsa, it was $11.90 (pre-tip): https://bit.ly/2WrgsQR.The burrito was overly wet, bland, and not enjoyable. Maybe it was an off day but it was devoid of the rich spices I associate with a good mole. I ended up just using the chips to scoop out the filling to eat with salsa. Three stars is for the very efficient service and the kind cashier. With the current labor shortages, there's not many places where you can get in/out in 5 minutes (!!!) during the lunch rush.If you're craving Mexican food, aren't picky, and can't get to The Mission or Excelsior, Casa Mexicana II may be a decent option for you.

The food is great, but by golly they are slow on the service and cannot take orders correctly.. They also forget that I have something on the grill so they help 4 or 5 people while my order is extra old

BEWARE! My children and I would go here often and I got notifications from my bank the amount charged was updated by Casa Mexicana the next day and they charged me more than what I purchased and authorized. Another family friend complained about the same thing. They are scamming customers using debit or credit. I filed a dispute with my bank and it was resolved. I just wonder how many patrons they have done this to. So disappointing.
