Such a cozy vibe here. Perfect place to people watch and just enjoy a cup of coffee or slice of tiramisu. You order first at the counter. And if it's long, don't worry it goes by fast. Then you find yourself a seat and enjoy. Lots of people just reading a book or doing a crossword puzzle.I can't wait to come back and try more desserts. They are so adorable too like $7 a slice.

Located in Little Italy, this certainly has a lot of patrons. We visited New Year's Evel The only thing you need to know is that CASH is the only acceptable form of payment. I guess Caffe Greco is trying to save on the credit card service fee so cash only accepted. We needed a little pick me up in preparation. For NYE so we ordered the Illy Cappuccino & shared this large cup. The froth & richness was perfect. We didn't get any dessert bc of the not so great reviews, it this certainly didn't stop patrons from ordering their tiramisu.

This coffee place is perfect for a coffee date! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a nice selection of desserts for a pick-me-up in the afternoon. The coffee is made with Illy, which means great quality and delicious brews every time. Even though it's busy, there's plenty of seating, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a relaxed chat, this place has everything you need!

We stopped here during a Hop on Hop off bus tour. Yummy, hot panini sandwiches. Also had a Cranberry Orange Scone with coffee. Great friendly service. Cute little caffe! I would DEF come back here again!

It was a cute area that definitely made me feel like I was in Europe. A very family-friendly cafe. We got a mocha and espresso shot. The coffee wasn't anything super memorable, but the staff was nice and it was worth a visit. One thing to note is that the cafe only accepts cash!

Fair warning this place only accepts cash. Came here after eating a big meal and had room for dessert and coffee. They made the best Illy coffee and their desserts were the best. Had their Brasiliana cake which reminded me of this Danish bakery cake we used to get in Oakland that shut down years ago. Glad I can find a similar version of this cake we use to call "Cream of Dream". Trying their tiramisu next time.

Small cute little Italian caffe! The Affogato Coffee was a sweet treat. The Ice cream and coffee was a great blend. My favorite thing at Caffe Greco was the panini it was a good size and the veggies in the panini were a great addition. The service was also fast there was a long line but they clear the line swiftly.

A European style cafe in San Francisco's little Italy. Delicious espresso drinks and Italian desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli. I have gone to this cafe on and off for about a year and always order oat milk cappuccinos, which are a bit pricey but are very good. This is a great place to do work on the computer, people watch, or chat with a friend. They play a mixture of Italian and French jazz with Euro-pop. This place is cash only and you have to order at the bar, there is no table service. The workers are really nice! The wifi password changes sometimes, but you can just ask the people at the counter. This cafe I feel like is a lot more comfortable and relaxed than many other cafes in San Francisco which I find can be a lot more stuffy, with uncomfortable seating and unwelcoming vibes. They also are open really late compared to other cafes in SF which tend to close around 2pm or 3pm.
