A co-worker told me about this little hidden cafe. Excellent food and wonderful hospitality. I like that it feels like a private hide-away to enjoy my lunch time of a cup of coffee. There's a cute outdoor patio as well as cozy indoor seating.

What a hidden gem! Delicious food at a great price. Love both breakfast & lunch here. Don't miss the lovely chewy Italian. Ollie!I always get the salad with chicken but the sandwiches & soup are terrific. Can't go wrong! Outdoor & indoor seating available!

Nice little oasis in industrial sprawl. Ambiance is surprisingly good with the highway sounds and on a sunny day the picnic tables with umbrellas are probably a joy.The coffee was okay and the food was disappointing. Bacon in my sandwich was too tough to eat and the eggs were greasy. What they lack in quality they make up in quantity because the portions are huge.

This place is the most authentic Italian cafe that I have encountered in SF. It's tucked away and you may not know about it unless you make it the destination but it is well worth the trip! Beautiful indoor/outdoor setting especially on a nice day. I will surely be back. Thank you cafe duetto for the amazing Italian food and friendly service!

The best cappucino & drip coffee around. The breakfast burritos are HUGE, and freshly made & delicious. A little tough to find at first but worth it. Dont miss out, the staff is so friendly too. Such a great spot!

COME HERE NOW!I don't write reviews very often, but when I do, it's for somewhere that deserves the attention. I came here after dropping my car off for auto glass replacement (yes, it's San Francisco). This cafe popped up as a somewhat close venue to grab a cup of coffee. Upon arriving, I saw that this was a little oasis tucked away in a parking lot. Upon pulling up to the front counter, I was greeted by a lovely woman who was super friendly, especially what I needed on a morning like this. I was immediately taken aback by how much selection was available -- breakfast sandwiches, pizzas, salads, pastas, paninis, and yes, OH YES, breakfast burritos. Now I rarely eat breakfast burritos, but when I do, they better be DAMN GOOD. And this one was DAMN GOOD. Just the right crispy tortilla texture with eggs, avocado, hash browns, and chorizo. Not to mention it came with a delicious salsa verde sauce on the side.Needless to say, I will be back even if my car windows aren't in need of fixing.

Cute spot with good food! One lady show. She was so sweet. Great service , a tad or a random spot but plenty of parking! Definitely worth going. Pasta was yummy. I didn't ask if there was a spaghetti option, one thing tho, the lady did forget the bacon for my pasta but that's ok. Prices are a tad much but I'm just gonna blame that on the recession.

Everyone who works here is super kind. I love being able to sit outside. The Giuletetta Panini was so yummy! They even gave us a surprise side of soup. We also had the egg and cheese croissant with avocado, which was equally delicious. I'm looking forward to returning!

Had another enjoyable lunch today at Caffe Duetto with homemade mushroom soup and salmon sandwich. We ate inside today as it's windy and raining. Usually it's sunny and we sit outside. Always plenty of parking onsite.

The good - the vibe of the caffe is great. There's a mixture of outdoor and indoor seating. Lots of cute&spunky decorations-- from coffee pots to vespas to lasered wood designs. They also offer a variety of food options, much more than I was expecting for a cafe. The bad - location wise it isn't in the best spot. It's surrounded by warehouses and such, you really have to seek this place out intentionally vs walking in bc of the curb appeal. I also thought the food was just okay... nothing stood out to me as to die for. The chicken in my duetto panini was a bit rubbery- reminded me of the cooked chicken I can get from the grocery store that just needs microwaving.
