Very cozy cafe by the water. Order via the touch screen panel by the front - I appreciated how there were pictures to visualize the dishes. I ordered the Tom Yum noodle, roast bbq pork noodle, HK naai cha and HK yuen yeung. I think the Tom yum noodle was the star as well as the drinks. I'm obsessed with them because they're the perfect sweetness / coffee-tea to milk ratio. Space was perfect to do some work and the owners are super nice and helpful!

My husband and I stopped by Saturday around noon and there was only one other table occupied. Ordering was made simple through the touch screen pad by the front entrance. We weren't TOO hungry so we shared the Furikake seaweed shake shake fries, fried truffle fish siu mai, Spam and egg noodle soup, and HK coffee/milk tea. The fries and siu mai were really good, fried to perfection and you could really taste the truffle in the siu mai. The fish ball siu mai was crunchy on the outside and also had sort of a mochi-like chewy texture in the inside. Their noodle soups come with thin rice noodles as the default but we paid the extra to change it to ramen noodles. My only complaint is that the soup was hard to eat, they only have regular metal spoons, no soup spoons. They have two outdoor tables on the patio with a nice view of the water. Perfect place for a light afternoon snack.

Great location in Foster City by the waterfront. Ample free parking everywhere. The staff was also very kind and attended to all our needs. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. We did go at a less busy time (Christmas Day), so this may not be a representation of what you may experience when you go. My partner went one afternoon and it was packed with people, with a long line. Therefore, be wary of this fact.Food was delicious and reminiscent of Hong Kong! I thought everything was delicious and the Fish Ball Siu Mai reminded me so much of the street food vendors in HK. Prices are reasonable given it is the Bay Area and Foster City, one of the more expensive places to live in.Overall, easy parking, fast service, menu was straight forward...I would come back again!

Cafe Kazka has taken over the former Fashion Wok space at Edgewater Place Center in Foster City. The renovated space is bright and comfortable. Currently, it is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and still seems to be in a soft-opening phase. The food and drink menu is limited, but I was told they are working on expanding it.I stopped by for lunch on a Thursday and found it to be moderately busy. Some customers were working on their laptops, while others were enjoying drinks and food. I had the chance to chat with one of the co-owners, who was very friendly and genuinely interested in feedback about the menu items. We ordered the Creamy Tom Yum Pasta, HK Spiced Pork Rice Noodles, HK Naai Cha, and Strawberry Mango Panna Cotta. By far, the pasta was the standout dish. It was delicious, with a great balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors. The four prawns on the dish were cooked perfectly, as was the linguine pasta. On the other hand, the rice noodle was less impressive. The noodle-to-meat ratio was heavily skewed toward the noodles, with a noticeably small amount of pork. Overall dish was a little bland. The Naai Cha was sweetened perfectly to my liking, with a lovely tea flavor. The panna cotta was decent but not particularly exciting.I look forward to seeing more items added to the menu. With the cafe located right by the Foster City lagoon, perhaps outdoor seating is also in the works? Drop by and try it for yourself. If not for a meal, then perhaps for a drink and some HK-style snacks.

New restaurant in Foster City. It is served Ho gkong street food and same fusion dishes like tom yummy noodle. You order from tablet and pay up front. The food was ready pretty quickly. Overall, the food is good, but the soup might need more flavor. The tomyum noodle and the chicken wing are yummy. It is a nice relaxing place. It is like a cafe then a restaurant.

I've tried a few more items since my last review. My top 3 items here are the tom yum pasta, french toast, and my new favorite, fish siu mai w/ chili oil, satay fish ball and lo mein w/ egg combo. The lo mein flavors (subtle satay) is nostalgic with a modern twist.

I'm obsessed with this place, I've been here three times in the past week. The Hong Kong milk tea and french toast are excellent. The portion size on the toast is pretty big too-- my friend and I usually share. As other reviews mentioned, the service is a little slow because they're understaffed, but it really isn't a problem if you bring a friend with you to chat :) Comfortable atmosphere and view of the lagoon if you sit in the right spot.

Super cute cafe with pretty good coffee, I was a bit hesitant at first since I'm extremely extremely picky with my coffee and usually only drink vietnamese coffee but the one in the can that I got was good and the owner was super nice and even made it sweeter which I perfer. The service is a tad slow like other people mentioned but it's great for like a study date, I was in a slight rush though 'cus I'm not from around there . I'd def come back if I'm in the area though bc I REALLYYYY wanted to try their noodles, it looked hella buss.
