Came upon this little hidden cafe when I was walking over by Fort Mason. It's attached to a hostel which looks very well kept. The views are stunning from here! Props to the barista that made a fantastic oat milk latte!

Disclaimer - this rating is more for the vibe, location (bridge views) and affordable drinks. Got a matcha and asked to add strawberry, which was just strawberry syrup. Color was not very green and overall didn't have any matcha taste, would not recommend this even though it was $5. Have heard it is hit or miss but would stick to a coffee drink or something else. Sandwiches looked good so hope to come again and try that.Seemed like a nice spot to work as I saw outlets and quite a few people with laptops out. Not a huge spot but nice windows, hidden behind a hostel in fort Mason. The stunning view of GGB is the main selling point of checking this spot out unless you're staying in the hostel then it's convenient.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to read a book, WFH, or meeting up with a friend for coffee this is probably one of the coolest coffee shops I've been to with incredible views! The space has a cozy vibe and even a cute book where you can share a drawing/doodle- there are pages in there for years!! It's too cute. The coffee selection is awesome and the service was quick, very kind. I loved the space, such a chill spot. If you got friends/fam visiting SF, I highly recommend stopping by as you show them around!

In the middle of a long walk I finally decided it was time for some breakfast and Yelp brought me to this funky little hidden gem. Some tips if this is your first time here! -Yes, it is inside of a hostel and you are in the right place. -Yes, you wash your own dishes after you are all done. -No, they do not have ketchup. I got the egg & cheese sandwich with added lettuce, tomato and onion and it was pretty good! The bread was toasted and the eggs were creamy. The cafe itself is pretty beautiful with lots of light and incredible views. Definitely a wonderful place to take a break, read, chat, etc. Affordable, very casual, and pretty decent sandwiches! I'd go back.

The people were very nice but the chai was super watery and strange tasting and the cappuccino was really bitter- tasted like the person didn't know how to make it. Also felt a been unclean in there and had people staying at the hostel walking in and out. View is nice out the windows though.

Charming little cafe tucked away in Fort Mason with a peaceful vibe and a beautiful view of the bay. I ordered a hot matcha latte and a vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Both were wonderful. I was also able to get some reading done in such a pleasant environment. I will be back - what a hidden gem!

Tucked away in a hostel. From the entrance, take a left and then a right. This cafe is rather tiny but does not seem to get too crowded. This was the closest vegan-friendly cafe so I had to stop by. Sadly, they ran out of their vegan chocolate cake the day I went so I opt'd for a bagel-wich (you know, bagel sandwich). It was not bad but also not great. Pretty basic menu that you could probably make it yourself but when you are too far away from home- this will do. Not spectacular nor something you want to go out of your way to. Friendly service and convenient location with decent menu prices.

AWESOME PLACE TO READ AND STUDYBest low cost eatery/coffee shop in SF with a million dollar viewDecent lattes, decent sandwiches, super chill staff. But.... you don't come here for the food! Come here because it's a great place to chill / read / talk / surf the web (free wifi). There's a ton of natural light, huge panes of glass facing the bay/ framed by trees, and the bathrooms even have showers because it's part of the hostel. The crowds are light because it's pretty far out of the way.

Pros: The sandwiches were pretty good. Quiet, no lines, not crowded, peaceful setting, good views.Cons: The water tasted horrible (bring your own), service was lack-luster, and they make you wash your own dishes. Yes you read that correctly - they make you wash your dishes with a toilet bowl brush. gross... The sandwiches were about $7.50 (avo additional $1). Would I come back to this place or recommend?? Probably not.
