"This review is for Axol / Axel. He is the manager this sunday evening. Long story short I wasn't able to attend the dinner but still wanted to take care of the bill. He was able to provide a solution and took care of the party. Much appreciated. The party said he very accommodating and nice. Great service will always keep the guests coming back."
"I like this place a lot. We were in the area for a team building at the Clayroom just half a block down. After our event, we walked over to Azucar for a late lunch. We shared a round of chips and guacamole which was really good. I ordered the shrimp taco and they were definitely delicious. My colleagues loved everything they ordered. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and quick. Churros were perfect! I'd definitely return if I was in the area. It's a cute, fun place with delicious food."

"The entertainment was great! They all knew our names and wanted to take pictures with us. Great food too!"
"I had the mixed veggie plate. So good. Good place to get together with friends. I'd like to go back here."
"Great wine and servers. We had a fabulous time here. Highly recommend if you are in the area!"
"Overall good vibes even on a Monday night! We got the hot toddy and liquid sunshine with the shroom Tartine.. followed by kali mojo and padrino which were decent for a second round"

PROS:- The flavor was savory throughout all dishes.- Decent ventilation throughout the restaurant.CONS:- The service was very slow even though staff was running around. We sat for over 30 minutes after our meal was over just waiting for staff to bring us boxes and the check. If they could increase staff, I would bump my experience to a solid 4 stars.FAVORITES: - Tandoori mix was the star of the show. The clay roasted flavor was evident through all of the meats, which were all very tender!TIPS:- Be patient on the weekends. Service can be slow due to the crowds.- The tikka masala had a slightly unusual grittiness to it. It is unexpected and an acquired taste.OVERALL:- Food was delicious and savory but service was slow. Would go back again to try.

You won't find this on any "best of" list, but that doesn't mean it's not great! This local corner eatery serves tacos and burritos that are as good as any you'll find around town. The burritos were my favorite. A regular will run you about $12 which is reasonable for the taste. The veggie options are a standout like the soyrizo (a veggie chorizo) or the cauliflower tacos. The drink list us extensive abs fun with twists on margaritas and palomas among others. Staff is very friendly and recognizes regulars. You'll love your visit in this cozy spot loved by locals.

Great venue for jazz/blues. Stopped in for a Lavay Smith show. The band was top notch. Had appetizers, drinks and dinner plates (southern fried chicken and pepper brisket). Excellent faire. Andrew was our server, very efficient and nice. So glad live music is back at B&B.

A few friends and I came here at night for drinks. We arrived at 10:45pm, because we planned to arrive before 11pm, which is when the $5 cover would've been charged. Once we got to the door at 10:46pm, the bouncer requested $5 to get in. I told them that I thought that the cover is only charged after 11pm, which is what I checked according to their Instagram before and after we arrived. The bouncer said that they changed it to 10pm and that it's "basically 11." The point is that it was not 11pm, because our group timed our arrival to get in before cover was needed. We ended up paying but that was a bit misleading and confusing. Everything is cash only. I didn't get any drinks but I liked how they had water pitchers and cups in an accessible area. The bathroom is one stall only and not terribly dirty. I got pretty sweaty and the vibes were nice.

This place has my fav vibes - very sparkly and cozy and nice :) !! We got the bubbles flight, but the other flights are also super nice deals and are def what we'll come back for. The bites also hit the spot - meatballs were tasty and we always love a fresh burrata crostini. Server was quick and attentive, and it was relatively spacious inside. parking is rough here but when is it not ! Overall would def return:)

Other than bandwidth, I'm not sure what's taken me so long to review this roomy, hipster-geared bar. For some obtuse reason, the supernatural name reminds me of that whacked Whitney Houston interview with Oprah when she said Bobby painted evil eyes all over the white walls of their mansion. Gratefully there's no such vibe here as the interior feels more like a vintage parlor with plush couches, leather booths, and polished wood framing.I've yet to have any of their bar bites though I've heard good things. I usually just sit at the long, austere bar and nurse a cocktail. This is not a Happy Hour operation nor is it within proximity of a dive. My ample-size Makers Mark & Ginger Beer was $11.95 (photo: https://yelp.to/2NcjsCOG-D. On my most recent visits, I took advantage of their specialty cocktail menu. The $16 Silk Road provided a refreshing tanginess befitting of its evocative name (photo: https://yelp.to/IGLbVnG8oU).It mixed vodka, pisco, apricot, pandan, makrut lime leaf, ginger, pineapple, and lime. Another I've tried was the $16 Devil's in the Details, a whipsnap concoction of bourbon, ginger, coffee liqueur, sweet passionfruit syrup, and lemon (photo: https://yelp.to/UJR4inCOHW). I also want to mention the crew here has always been social without forcing it no matter who the bartender is here. The owners hire well here. I'm sure I'll continue my regular patronage unless they start randomly painting evil eyes on the wall.DRINKS - 4 stars...not cheap but the cocktails were creative AMBIANCE - 5 stars...definitely comfy in a vintage waySERVICE - 4.5 stars...solid bartenders hereTOTAL - 4 stars...close to 5 if I came more oftenRELATED - Exploring the Mission? Somehow all roads and streets puts me on Mission street this Autumn for drinks and food. It's seems all these San Francisco streets leads me to Mission street whether drinking on streets ( celebrations happen) or in a restaurant and venue. This time I ended up at Executive Order as a side trip at private events during SF Tech Week and then also later in the week again for SF Tech Week event .Inside the Executive Order it is more of a lounge and the decor honors the past USA Presidents such as George Washington , Abraham Lincoln and other Dead Presidents. The layout has many different areas to enjoy a drink and food with plenty of seating . There is a pool table and also a full stacked bar that serves many different types of drinks along with some descent bar food. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wings which were tasty with a good ranch sauce dip. The Truffle Mac 'n'Cheese bites had a good macaroni and truffle taste and with the right amount of cheese. They also offer lots of mixed drinks and I enjoyed their Ube -Quit-US drink. During my pit stop I seen and talked with the President of San Francisco ( President of the Board of Supervisors of San Francisco). I also saw my middle school gym teacher. You never know who you will run into on Mission street. This is a good venue to enjoy a drink and to lounge in Downtown San Francisco.Go and make an Executive decisionGo to Executive Order Bar and Lounge in Downtown San Francisco on Mission

Went here for lunch and had the chicken and kale ramen. You get to choose your heat level which I like. The ramen is beautifully presented, the chicken kale ramen has green noodles which are really yummy. The broth is full of flavor. I have only been here for lunch and the service was quick. Love this place and plan to return!

"If you are still contemplating, this is your sign to book and come through! I had the best experience booking and hosting my partner's 30th birthday party with about 35 guests altogether. The guests loved the food, drinks, music, and vibes!! Will definitely come by again soon. CHOOSING EXECUTIVE ORDER: One month prior to the event, I was searching for a venue that suited our needs for food, drinks, music, vibe, and pricing. I had been researching 20+ places including Executive Order. Once I heard back from them with the details and options for my event, I knew they were the one! I had specific requirements that I wanted for this event and the owner was extremely helpful, open, and responsive to all of my inquiries. There was never a moment of uncertainty since they presented me with so many options for food /catering and beverages for that night that were clearly outlined in our email communications. Expectations could not have been clearer. AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT: From the initial event booking inquiry until even an hour after our space rental had ended, the staff were the most kind and attentive to our large group. The staff went above and beyond in checking in with me upon arrival one hour before our event and until one hour after the event. They had the space prepared for me more than one hour in advance and helped me setup! Truly grateful for their compassion and willingness to go above what was asked of them for that night. As the night began and guests arrived, they kept me updated with the status of the food coming out and the drink tab. They even helped me coordinate shots around the room to make a toast, light the birthday cake, and cut the beat for the music for us to sing happy birthday. A CLOSER LOOK INTO FOOD, DRINKS, MUSIC:FOOD: The food/catering was too easy to do - it is an excel sheet / google sheets! I strongly recommend the duck fat fries, buffalo wings, and sliders (turkey or chicken). All of it was a HIT. Guests ate it up and came asking me for more! DRINKS: The choice to opt into a pre-paid open bar was a no-brainer. All the guests had a great time ordering to their hearts desires and the bartenders were amazing in receiving all the guests and creating the drinks. Even though shots were the most popular, a few of the guests chose something off their drink menu which they told me was delicious as well. MUSIC: On the night of our event, there was a live DJ playing 90s hip-hop and R&B. The vibe was perfect for the scenery and the DJ was super supportive of our large group - taking requests and coordinating fade outs for us to have a celebratory moment filled with speeches, singing happy birthday, and cake blowing. And once our moment concluded, he played us out with a birthday banger, never missing a beat! Special thanks to John Eric, Dave, T, Ryan, DJ Mark, and the rest of the staff who made that a night to remember! I could not imagine the night going more smoothly."
"Can not recommend this place enough. The lava ramen in spicy level Fuji is my go to. It never disappoints. The broth is so good, you could put it in a cup and I would drink it like starbucks! Update I love this place more every time I come it's the bomb!! The people here are super nice!"
"My friend and I were looking for bars around the area after we finished dinner wanted to check out Sip Wine Bar, but instead stumbled across Bottom's Up which is the actually the ground level establishment, while Sip Wine Bar was upstairs. We decided to stay at Bottoms Up since there was a DJ. Their drink menu has a good variety of cocktails and shooters and the price was on the lower end compared to other bars in SF. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to drink that has a DJ, I would come here. There is a credit card minimum of around $15. Our bartender was very nice but there were only two people working that night. Luckily it wasn't crowded so we got our drinks very fast. The only reason I'm docking stars is because halfway through our time there, the music became SUPER loud. They turned up the volume so loud that my friend and I who were sitting next to each other at the bar, had to basically yell in order to hear each other. The space isn't that big so I don't think they needed the music to be SO loud, in my opinion. Our ears were ringing after we left. This bar is not fancy by any means, but it's not the worst place to get some cheap drinks/shots. Not sure if I would come back but it looked like other people that were there were having a good time despite the extremely loud music."
"What a fun bar! My friends hosted his birthday party here and it was so neat that they made it a private event! Loved the ambiance here with the string and dimmed lighting, massive antelope decoration in the middle of the bar, and a cool second story lounge area upstairs with video games! Plenty of tv screens to watch things. I requested for a spicy margarita and the bartender made me one off the menu. She asked if I liked mango and honestly, this was one of the best spicy margaritas I've had! She definitely understood the assignment about making it spicy because she rimmed the glass with tajin and garnished with a jalapeno slice! I think we were both shocked how well it turned out considering she didn't have a recipe and used what was available. 10/10!I loved that they had this game with dropping a ball into numbered slots. My friend gave me one to play and I antiskid won the champagne bottle #9! That was super fun!"
"Came here for NYE dinner with a friend. We both ordered the prime rib. I let the waitress know that I also wanted to order something to-go, but that I would tell her later in the evening. She insisted I tell her now and she'd take care of it, and so I did. We were quickly served bread, and our food followed shortly after. The bread comes with a side of butter and balsamic+oil. The prime rib and the accompanying side dishes were perfectly cooked. The prime rib paired with the au jus was *chef's kiss*. For dessert, I ordered the famous mud pie, while my friend ordered the crème brûlée. The mud pie was okay. I was disappointed there wasn't a thicker crust. It was essentially a large plate of ice cream with whipped cream and fudge. The creme brûlée was also okay. It was made with white chocolate and would've been more well-balanced if it came with more fruit. Now here is the kicker. We get the bill and notice the to-go order was not on it. I tell our waitress and she goes to get it fixed. Well, it turns out she completely forgot to place the order and by then, the kitchen had already closed down. This is why I initially said i would personally let her know about my to-go item later, but she insisted I tell her at the beginning. Aside from a simple apology, there was no other attempt at service recovery. That food was meant to be a NYE meal for someone who now had to ring in the new year on an empty stomach. Not to mention, by that hour, it was impossible for me to find an appropriate alternative elsewhere. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will not be coming back a second time."
"We met our in-laws at Comstock Saloon for an early dinner / happy hour. They were in town for the Grateful Dead concert at Oracle Park. We had a group of 11 so they found a couple of tables in the back just below the piano player upstairs. Lots of drinks going around and every one complimented the tasty cocktails. I had a Reality Check Pilsner beer. The food menu was eclectic and we had the following items:Comstock Burger & Fries 3/5 husk ok $21Skirt steak with chimichurri 4/5Oysters 4/5 $3.50 eachSalmon and potato puffs 3/5Donuts with ice cream 5/5 had to order a couple more best itemThe Comstock Saloon is located near the corner of Columbus and Kearney. It's filled with wooden booths. Service was ok. The nearest parking lot is Portsmouth garage."
