"I needed to take minute to appreciate this wonderful business and staff. I was having such a hard day and they really made my day with this surprise. Their cupcakes were absolutely delicious and truly gives your tastes buds joy. My favorite has to be red velvet. Just perfectly sweet and moist. Ugh I love it! Thank you again to this beautiful business. Can't wait to order again"
"I order cupcakes from here for work celebrations. They have excellent flavors and prompt customer service. My favorite is the vanilla tres leches. Very yummy and a solid option for the Financial District. Thank you!"
"Came here once and got a hotdog + cheese bun that was pretty tasty. However, when I felt like getting another one on a different day, I saw the glass display had a bunch of flies flying inside all over the baked goods. No thanks, I immediately left the store and haven't been back since."
"I decided to give Cupcakin a try after hearing some coworkers talk about it. The cupcakes were aesthetically pleasing, with eyecatching colors and variations in their appearence. I'm pleased with the moisture of the cupcakes but had mixed opinions based on each flavor.Cookies & Cream (4.5/5) - perfect sweetness with Oreo that adds to the texture.Bourbon Peach Cobbler (3.5/5) - while delicious, it was very sticky and messy overall. A lot of the actual cake was stuck to the paper compared to the other 3 for some reason.Strawberry (3/5) - found this one to be slightly boring. A little strawberry jelly or even a slice of strawberry would have elevated this one a lot.Key Lime Pie (5/5) - definitely the winner. Delicious lime curd that was refreshing. At $5.25 each, these are quite expensive. While I can't see myself visiting frequently, I would probably stop by to pick these up as a mini gift for someone and would encourage you to give it a try.Tip: buy the day-olds for $1 less. I ate 2 of the cupcakes the next day with both retaining ample moisture."

From the initial call to the first bite of the cake and cake pops, so happy. The design was exactly as I had it in the picture for my son's baptism. Very very satisfied! Thank you and will be my go-to bakery.

I stumbled upon this place in search of some gluten free options for my coworker's birthday. I ordered a half dozen cupcakes and the cashier was super sweet and let me swap out one flavor because I wanted to try the ube cupcake after I saw it on display. The shop looks super cute and the decorations are adorable. They don't just sell cupcakes they sell cake pops too!The cupcake was super soft and moist and the frosting was delicious and not too sweet. We definitely have to come back to try the other flavors.

Amazing chinese pastries here. The bbq pork bun is special - none of that red / dried pork you find in most other place's buns. The pork was freshly cooked, still warm on the inside, and homemade. The bolo bao was also delicious. Green onion pastry was among the better ones I've had too.Would highly recommend and I'll go back.

Stopped by this spot after the Sunday farmers market in thrive city. We actually got one 2 day old and one one day old cupcake due to the flavor choices. The cupcakes were still really moist even after a day old. The staff was nice and told us to take out time. It was only staffed by one person and looks like they truck in the items since no spot for. A kitchen in this kiosk style building but they had a nice big moving tray container for their stock. Guessing they will only really have 1 person here unless they know an event is happening and need more. Honestly the area is not that busy on a non event day. They had a couple of concert special cupcakes and they were really good. Price wise it's not bad especially for the day olds but they are reasonable enough for the quality and location. If looking for something sweet pre or post game this would be a good spot to stop.

You can not go wrong with Marley's! I can always count on their yummy desserts to satisfy my Ube or Buko cravings. Primarily Ube for sure hehe. Whenever we don't have the energy to drive out to their brick and mortar location in Hayward, we try to catch the trucks on time. Honestly, it's the Ube Flan Cheesecakes for me!!! I can literally eat 3 of these in 1 day. Guilty, but that's to show how yummy it is. Typing this is already making me crave some :(

I enjoy going to Noe Valley Bakery in the Autumn . It is especially a good place to celebrate Rosh Hashana the Jewish New Year and grabbing some Challah Bread. Noe Valley Bakery Challah Bread was soft and smooth with a good taste. There is also my favorite dessert of all four seasons when available which is pumpkin pie cheese cake. I have been waiting for it to be available and it finally dropped this week in October at the Noe Valley Bakery. I enjoy a good pumpkin pie and Noe Valley Bakery has the right amount of savory and sweetness ( not too sweet) but it is pretty rich. The flavor of the pumpkin pie was tasty. During the heatwave the a chilled pumpkin pie hits the spot. Noe Valley Bakery always delivers some great desserts to enjoy at anytime of the year. They also have Honey Cake available along with their cupcakes and celebratory cakes. Noe Valley Bakery is the place that makes and bakes One of the best personal pumpkin pie cheese cakes

Ok, so if you're in the SF Peninsula and are looking for some amazing cupcakes.. LOOK NO FURTHER! I have lived in SF and used to amazing spots for food and desserts! This is my fave in the peninsula!! I always order a dozen cupcakes and love getting random flavours. Sibby's has great flavours and always tastes freshly baked and with simple, real ingredients. You can taste the sweetness without the artificial sweetness taste (if that makes sense)!?!I have tried many flavours and always satisfied with every bite! They are dangerously good! Be forwarded, you won't just want to eat one! This place is nestled near downtown San Mateo with street parking that is metered. The place is small in size but create many delicious desserts! The price point is on par with many high end bakeries that have amazing quality and taste. The staff is super friendly and helpful every time I had gone. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place!! You won't be disappointed!!

"When I was growing up, the standard dessert flavors were chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla (and they still are). It didn't matter if it was milkshakes, cupcakes, or ice cream, you could always count on these three (or some variation of them). Then you had flavors that weren't so readily available and were just amazed to find: flavors like coconut or lychee or ube, etc. These desserts were special since not everyone knew how good they really were and moreover, you had to really be in the the know to tell if the dessert really captured the flavor they were advertising. But times are different now and more and more people are aware of, or at least willing to try, different dessert flavors. I mean you can probably find a coconut cupcake filled with lychee cream and topped with an ube whipped cream if you tried hard enough. The thing is how good are these desserts at delivering the flavor profiles I fondly remember growing up?Marley's Treats does an amazing job of doing exactly that. The Oreo Ube cupcake killed it. The ube cupcake was moist and ube-y. Oreo topping give it a textural crunch and the two flavors compliment each other.I also tried the lychee strawberry cupcake. Fantastic. Strawberry cake coupled with hints of lychee from the frosting was a surprising nice and refreshing combo.I had heard a lot of good things about their desserts before (mostly from my sister) but now that I've tried it for myself, I'm more inclined to go back try more.So if you're so inclined / curious about Marley's Treats, I say, Go for it."
"Noe Valley Bakery is my preferred Bakery in San Francisco. Amazing selection of pastries, cakes, etc. Super friendly staff. It's such a popular Bakery, there is usually a few people standing in line just to get in the door"
"At first I didn't realize it was a storefront because I think they do the bulk of their business as pre-orders for events. But alas they do have a storefront that you can walk in. It's not a typical cupcakery storefront like Kara's or Sprinkles which is bright and cutesy located in a shopping area but more like a display case in front of their kitchen and office across the railroad tracks in an industrial area. Kind of looks like a hidden place you need a password for. They have 3 sizes of cupcakes which is nice to choose from: Large which I believe is the equivalent of 3 cupcakes, regular, and mini. A list sits outside where it shows the cupcakes offered for the day. You don't get as many options if you walk in, especially at the end of the day. I like the Jimmie cake which has sprinkles and the confetti cupcake the best."
