Can't remember why I had this place bookmarked, but I'm so thankful for friends that help you check things off your Yelp bookmarks.We ordered the Ube and Chestnut cake. You know it's delicious when you say "It's not too sweet." The perfect amount of sweetness (at least for my Filipino self.) I loved the cakey texture and frosting richness. It was the perfect amount - I didn't feel overwhelmed afterwards. Would 10/10 recommend checking this spot out.

Decided to stop by after seeing they had the Mont Blanc dessert which seems to be a big Japanese (at least touristy) thing I keep seeing on YouTube. The ube flavored squiggles on the top were the only good thing about this dessert (and the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1). The rest was disappointing and somewhat gross. The whipped cream was of the dairy free overly sweet variety. The ice cream I believe was vanilla and was almost gummy (I get it - cheap ice cream = more profit). And the cheesecake bites were frozen solid and didn't taste great once I could finally eat it. Altogether wasn't much better. I ended up just eating the top and tossing the rest.The strawberry matcha wasn't much better. Usually one of my favorites at several other boba places, this one was bitter (not in a good balanced matcha way, in an overpowering way) and strangely sour at times (I'm guessing from the strawberries, but I assumed those were in a sugar syrup). It also tasted quite watery. Lastly, the boba was HARD. So utterly disappointing. Will not be returning. At least the place was clean and service was fine.

Chestnut crepe: I loooove a chestnut montblanc. Fresh strawberries were a nice touch. Could have done without the ice cream. She aight.Crème brûlée milk tea: she's good but nothing special.Overall place was very small with very limited seating. Drinks came at a reasonable wait time. If I happen to be in the area, I'd go again.

Tried the strawberry crepe from BB Tea's food stand, while attending the Piedmont Food Fest this past Saturday. It was delish! The thin pancake-like texture, filled with cold and creamy vanilla ice cream, topped off with fresh strawberries and sliced bananas... it was a nice little treat on a beautiful afternoon in Piedmont. The service could be a little better. There were five workers in the tent, and a large crowd of people waiting out front. The wait for my order to be ready was about 15-20 minutes... prior to that, I even stood at the order window for a bit before being acknowledged or helped. Beyond the slow service, I felt that these handheld sweet treats were a bit pricey for what you get. But the product was really good, and at least the staff was friendly, so 4 stars seems appropriate. Glad this SF tea and dessert shop could make it out to this event.

Came during a late afternoon and there was no line. Ordered through the kiosk and drinks were made fast. The drinks were good, enough to satisfy a craving - we didn't get boba so I can't say whether the boba itself was good or not. We got the creme brûlée and strawberry drinks, both 50% sweet. They both were accurate in sweetness and had good flavor, not artificial tasting. I wouldn't say this place is anything crazy but they do it well enough where I would come back if I'm in the area! There's not much seating inside so be ready to take to go.

Kids wanted to try this place out so we came here yesterday. The girl that helped us was extremely nice and helpful. The place is small and clean with about 4-5 small tables. Drinks was good so was the crepes. We'll be back soon.

I really liked:$6 Matcha Milk Tea cold/ hot +Solid non franchised boba shop. The cold matcha is slightly grainy but has great boba. The hot matcha solves the graininess issue but then the boba chewiness is worse. It's got great flavor either way Very #goodeats but not my absolute favorite.Cute interior too. Very inviting as well walked past it. Super standard iPad service. Just order your stuff and they'll call your name.

It had me at Ube! Just finished lunch at Mama Mu's and was walking towards my car and saw "Ube Cake". I've been here before but this was the first time I noticed the poster. Not sure if it's always been there but definitely, full or not, I had to try it. So I didUbe Cake - cheese cake base with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and topped with Ube noodles? I don't know how else to describe it. The Ube topping was really good, if you're familiar to halaya Ube, that's exactly the texture of it. Yum!Jasmine Milk Tea - nothing amazing about it, but nothing negative either. Just as expected.Very cute space and servers/cashiers were all pleasant.

Michelle took the order and made the items was efficient. Ordered and my items came quickly within 5 mins Got a super fruit tea. Wish the sugar level can go lower than 25%. 15% would be perfect. Got the chestnut crepe and the super fruit tea 25%.

Must get the creme brûlée crepe when you're here! It is so good! Skip the to go cup. We paid $0.25 for it thinking it would be some special cup to help us eat on the go but it was just placed in a drink cup and made it harder to take out/eat out of it. There's also strawberries and vanilla ice cream inside too. Some of the strawberries were sour but the sweetness of the creme brûlée balances it out. The drinks were okay, nothing too special but I would definitely come back for the crepes again.
