5 Degree Tea House

I love this place, my GO-TO drink is the HoneyDew smoothie w/ rainbow jelly, my favorite. On my last visit I ordered a chocolate cream waffle, it really satisfied my sweet craving. I'm glad that it's just a hop, skip & a jump from my hood.

Nice boba and snack/food place! We passed 3 of them on the street and only stopped here because there was parking. But this place is authentic couldn't read half the menu cause it's not in English but that's fine just enough to get what we wanted. Some nice booths and tables friendly quick service prices are great and drinks tasted very organic got the line passion tea, coconut, fresh fruit mix and boba and Taro $1.99 special milk tea which was awesome. Fruit drinks came with fresh fruit slices and coconut drink tasted like a pina collada. Lots of food options also. Definitely recommended wish we had this one in Sacramento:

Used to get the milk tea with boba every week it's cheap and budget but now that I'm a grown AZZ man the boba is pretty bad but cheap so worth it can't trash talk the og placeIMPORTANT : ALWAYS GET THE MINI FRUIT ICE CREAM FRENCH TOAST THINGY ITS HELLA GOOD TRY IT NOW.

Milk tea with boba and NO ICE!!! I asked how come it's not full. She said because that the space for ice. WTH! That's not right! Im buying milk tea and not ice so it should be full! After i complained she gave me a small cup almost half milk tea.

I haven't been here in years ( I used to go a lot after school for their boba and desserts because I was near by).I finally went today to get their minced pork rice and it was really good and cheap! I wish I ordered that more often back then.

Great prices, fast service, and delicious! I almost always get their jasmine milk tea and it really hits the spot!

Cashier preferred order in person instead of doing it online because no notification was received. Hey boss, cancel the online ordering please, less unnecessary trouble for cashier and customer. $1.99 special. Go for it if you think it's worth it.

We ordered egg puffs and a spam musubi, but after waiting half an hour, we checked with them and found out that they did not even make our food. Their coordination is very lacking and should find a better ordering system to boost their efficiency. We waited 15 min to find out they did not even get our order. After clarifying, we still waited more than 15 min to get our full order. In the time we were waiting, we witnessed several other customers having trouble with their order.
