The food and service is consistently awesome! We tend to order the same thing over and over again. Our go-to's are the spicy crispy chicken, salt and pepper shrimp and the beef chow fun. They shave excellent lunch specials and all of the portions are large! The place is clean and usually about half full. Take out orders seem to be popular here. It's the perfect place to go with either a group, couple or dine in by yourself.

Located in a shopping center with ample parking, YuFeng provides authentic Cantonese-style dishes at reasonable prices. We came as a family of 9 on a Monday around 5pm. It was quiet but filled up at half capacity an hour later. Lots of takeaway orders. It's a small restaurant with booths and tables so if you need a large group, I recommend arriving early. All the food items tasted fresh and good with average portion sizes. It's definitely my go-to in San Antonio for Cantonese Chinese food. They also have a mix of American Chinese dishes along with items that you may not find in other Chinese restaurant such as dishes with ingredients like bitter melon. Service was efficient, but do not expect to be waited on at your elbows. You will receive the typical hands-off approach of traditional Chinese restaurants along with a tall glass of water and all your utensil and paper needs prepared ahead of time. Although staff are available if you need help, you won't be getting constant questions about how your food tasted and if you need anything else.

Came here the other day with my fiance for lunch. We were originally going to try another Thai Restaurant but when we got were it used to be, it was now something else. We drove around a bit and decided on this restaurant.I had no problem finding parking. The restaurant shares parking with several businesses including Gotham Newstand. We were seated very quickly once we got in the door. My fiance and I both ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered two General Tso lunches with Hot and Sour Soup with the plan being that I was going to have one for dinner. While we were waiting for the food, we realized that we did not have too much time left. I want to point out that this was not due to the restaurant and was due to us trying to go someplace else first. We asked the waited if we could change our order to go and the waitress helped us by boxing up the food and putting the soup in a container. The General Tsos was delicious and had just the right amount of spice that it did not overpower the dish. I can't reveiw the Hot and Sour soup as I offered it up to my fiancé's mother that not feeling well. She did say that it helped with clearing her nose.I'm hoping to go back here and try the Hot and Sour soup myself. I recommend this place for great food, friendly service and good parking.

Let's start with the service, they was in their servin it up like Serena and Venus Williams. They made it see like ever customer was game match they needed to make sure they won the match with impeccable service. The food was just as good and the serving size that you see in the pic was good enough for three people, depending on how much you consume of course

Decided to look for a Chinese spot in the area. Came across this restaurant. The pics and ratings seems good enough to try so my coworker and I did. The interior pics were misleading as the pictures made the spot look a lot more brighter and bigger than it really was. It was good lighting but certainly smaller layout than thought. The food was pretty good overall. The hot and sour soup was a great spicy! If your sick, get this, it will clear your sinus and have your thought tingling...in a good way. The chicken egg roll was standard but I did like that it wasn't greasy. My ultimate favorite thing on the menu was the fresh homemade lemonade. It was definitely nostalgic for me as I grew up making my own homemade lemonade--definitely a nice touch. I strongly dislike powder or fake lemonade which is what you get at most restaurants. Service was family own type of service... nothing to mention. Asked what's would I like and checked in a good amount of times, not too much to annoy you. Overall, a pretty good spot and would be open to coming back if Chinese was on the menu for lunch.

We ordered the fried pork ribs, the scallion beef and the fries dumplings. The pork ribs had a good garlic flavor, were tender and moist. The scallion beef had very good flavor. The beef was tender. The dumplings were also very good as well. I highly recommend this restaurant

Mediocre food. Horrible service. Expect to always wait 40-60 minutes for your food. With improvements with kitchen staff this could be a good place.
