Wurzbach Ice House

Cool place they got games to play. Heads up , I went for lunch and we sat at a table for a long time we were not greeted, no one even looked our way so just note you have to go to the bar and order your food . Other than this the food was amazing .

Aways looking for a new late night place to grab a bite after work. So it's a bar with pool tables and darts and some other entertainment. I went with a coworker for some food. Yelp discount on a drink for $2.50. It was pretty good...called the Purple Gecko. It definitely tasted purple. It's a bar so expect loud music. Ample outdoor seating for fair weather nights. My only real gripe was when I asked if the doneness of the burgers are fixed, I was told they're all cooked well-done. That's what I got. It's thick enough to need to be medium. If they customize to your preference, they didn't let us know. A well-done burger (especially that thick) tasted burnt. Meh

I'm happy that I was invited to dine at Wurzbach Ice House. It's chill spot, and they have good service as well. I was surprised that the food was delicious. It surpassed my expectations. I tried their garlic and lemon pepper wings and they were seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! The fries are in my top 3 favorite, and the nachos are the best I've ever eaten!!!!This place has a chill atmosphere... nice place to wind down after a long day. I typically do not consume alcoholic beverages but their Mango Margarita is delicious. Under no circumstances do I drink beer so I can't provide feedback on it. I kicked a couple butts in pool also!I had an absolutely fun time, can't wait to visit again.

I came here for a quick game of pool and decided to check in and wouldn't you know it there was a fun little surprise so I decided to stop by the bar and with quick and swift service the amazing Bartender Isaac, was there in a flash he was able to serve me up to delicious purple geckos with amazing service, great kindness, and made me feel really special in my own way. I will definitely be back for more and hope to see more of this place they have a few games you can play some foosball, pool table, ping-pong, and dark, there's also some Jenga there's indoor and outdoor seating. It's just all in all a great vibe.

Love evening service..... thought watching game and having a beer would be fun. Not.... Two gentlemen at bar were slow and not because they were busy but because they paid attention to one area. Won't come here during the day again!!!

Love this place. The crowd was eclectic and super cool and the bartenders were friendly quick with no 'tude.Can't wait to go back!!! I think I found my new hangout :)

This was our first time visiting and we weren't disappointed. The bartender, Joey, and David were great in helping us celebrate my birthday. Comfortable and fun environment. The prices and food are great with outside and inside seating. Haven't been to a bar in forever and so glad we chose to go to Wurzbach Ice House. Will definitely return!

This was our first time here! Definitely a great spot to watch the Cowboys game. Dined in Sunday late afternoon - about two hours before the game and there were plenty of seats available. Bartenders were quite attentive. The food was better than I expected!

Service for bartenders was amazing! Quick service! Door man was not good at all. Door men hit on new customers and give TERRIBLE SERVICE. The door man (Jeremiah) hits on women and gives his two cents when he should be just doing his job and checking ID's. Bartenders are great, but door men will talk mess while you're leaving (as a woman) even after the fact they have made the party feel uncomfortable.
