I'm a DDD junkie and was so excited to stop at this restaurant from the show. They do offer different specials throughout the week. Previously my husband came here and got the 2 Chicago dogs and fries special. He said it was great. I went with the chicken pita sandwich, kids got chicken tenders and fries and my husband got the roast beef sandwich. My chicken pita was ok... was a little bland. My kids and husband enjoyed their meals. Wish I didn't see a sign that stated "proudly frying in canola oil." Seed oils. Blah. Pretty cool seeing all the Chicago stuff on the walls. My dad grew up in the Windy City, I bet he would love to come here.

I've had this joint bookmarked for as long as I can remember. Finally made it last night. Unfortunately, one of the first things I saw was Guy Fieri's logo from "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives". I say unfortunately because I've always had bad luck with these locations. I often walk away wondering what was so great.... Sadly, my bad luck trend with "DDD" locations continues. Don't get me wrong, it was okay, but I'm not seeing the hype. I had a chili cheese dog combo. I found the price point arguably high for what I got. I found the amount of chili minimal and the liquid cheese (like the kind on movie theater nachos which I despise), borderline cool (as in temperature). However, my friend had the Italian sausage and that looked like something I'd go back and try. THAT looked worth the money. Ambiance is fun and casual. Not a huge fan of the long table seating which may force you to sit next to people you don't know. There aren't a lot of "stand alone" tables, so we sat outside, but battled street noise. Bottom line: I may have made the wrong choice in my meal and I'm not writing this place off yet. I will be back to try something else.

Had a original Chicago dog, absolutely amazing! It's my favorite style dog and this place nails it! Also tried the spicy Chicago dog with a ghost pepper sauce, fantastic!!! Brings some heat but not over bearing. Wife had a Caesar salad and son had a cheese pizza. The pizza is thin crust and perfectly cooked! Will be back!

Came here for a quick lunch as a first timer, I had a great experience! The line was a little long but they were able to move it quickly & get orders out within 10 minutes. I wasn't sure what to expect but we got the Wednesday Deal which is "2 Chicago dogs + fries & 1 drink for $12.95" great lunch for share. The fries are yummy & a big portion for sharing. The best part was the hotdogs, eat them fast so you can enjoy a crispy bun but wow the flavor hit the spot! Top hotdog for me! I could have had two on my own!!

It's been a while since we were in San Antonio but while we are here, we must get our Midwest staples. Tried the gyro this time and it is so good too! You are missing out if you don't stop by!

Had a craving for a hot dog so I tried this place (should have stuck to my trusty favorite der Wienerschnitzel) Thought being from Chicago would give it some street cred. Nope. So disappointed. Had the Chicago Fire hot dog meal and a large Greek salad to share. Whatever they put on the fire dog was disgusting. An odd colored relish and a pickle covered in hot spicy salt. Just gross. The salad was over priced for what it was. It had two small slices of feta, two pepperoncini's and TWO Kalamata olives. It was over saturated in Italian dressing. If you are craving a good hot dog go somewhere else. Side note - service was great.

Both the atmosphere and the food are great! Being from Chicago, it is nice to be able to get a little "taste' of home.

If you're craving a delightful array of eats in Wrigleyville, look no further than Wrigleyville Hots! The menu boasts a variety of mouthwatering options sure to please any palate. During my visit, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made the dining experience truly enjoyable. But let's talk about the star of the show - the sausage dog. Oh boy, was it delicious!

I work at a local restaurant nearby this one. I'm from central IL. I love this place. The Chicago dog is amazing. Affordable prices. Cubs Bears memorabilia on the walls. Great customer service!! The food is top quality! You won't be disappointed...
