WingIT- Alamo Ranch

Decided to give this place another shot and this time it was great! We ordered the game day special and we had a much better experience than my last! The food was correct and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant was very clean and up to par. The pineapple lemonade is my favorite! Oh and can't forget those Dr Pepper bbq wings !

After trying numerous wing spots, Wing-It is the only spot I wish I found sooner. Meaty wings, strong flavors, fair pricing. Aside the grocery store home cooked wings, this is the only place I trust with $.

My favorite place to get wings...the Dr. Pepper BBQ and spicy lemon pepper is the BOMB! They also sell daiquiris here and they have lots of flavors. I get the purple rain. It's clean and ran well. They make it easy to order online. I always order ahead so it is ready when I get there. Love you, Wing It!!

That was some decent food. I ordered from the app and got there early. Even though I was early, the food was ready for me. The wings didn't make it home they we good and got eaten in the car.For a wing spot the wings were good not great. But I might try them again. When I go to a wing joint I expect the best wings I have ever had.

Bone in wings are great. Boneless wings is no good, feels like chicken nugget meat. Everything else is great. Service is amazing, fries are good too!

Came to try this place out, Drew was very polite nothing against him. The manager on the hand ( Joesph) no management experience at all. I ordered a 20 piece wing, 10 lemon pepper, 5 spicy lemon pepper dry, 5 teriyaki glaze. They short handed me 5 lemon pepper, I called and drew had to ask the manager what the issue was, manager told drew to tell me that my order was correct, which obviously it wasn't. Then said manager claims they gave me the correct order and it was on camera. Informed them I'm on the way to show me said footage. On the way to the store they called me back claiming they messed up and was looking at another order, and we're going to refund me the 5 wings they never gave me. So they are making now 5 wings to give me since they messed up. Keep in mind the manager made drew do all the apologizing. I know drew was just following directions but some one needs to have said manager do manager training/customer communications.For first time the wings is good, but needs better customer/management help, if drew is doing all the apologizing, make him a manager so said manager can learn something. Never even came out of the back to apologize for the mess up. They did redo the entire order of wings instead of the 5 wings requested, so thank you cook didn't get your name and drew for fixing said problem. I would said manager as well but he never showed his face. Also double check your order before you leave or the manager will claim your wrong.All I can say is Drew keep up the good work.

We have no idea how the food and drink is, but their workers are not required to wear masks, so we left.

The wings were good, we went on Wednesday and got the wing Wednesday deal so we tried a few flavors. The Dr Pepper bbq was awesome!

This was a delivery order so I don't know how the service or the ambience are here. The food I have tried before with another delivery which was bone in traditional wings, and it was quite good. This delivery I decided to try both the traditional bone in and the boneless versions. You pay more for the traditional wings where the bone is in there??? the boneless chicken I tried this time and I thought it was awful. Texture taste, neither was good. I also ordered sweet potato fries and on the delivery app. It did not mention that they come sprinkled with sugar and possibly cinnamon. I won't be ordering those again. I will order from this place again, but I may also just go pick it up because there was a very high service fee. so I do recommend the bone in traditional with several flavor options, but I don't recommend the sweet potato fries or the boneless version.

5/10 basic wings. Wait time to long. If you have An hour to waste for some basic wings Try it overall it's just not worth the time or money you are better cooking them at home with a wing recipe online
