I came to this spot with an old friend a few weeks back. It was a spur-of-the-moment thing, so I wasn't particular about where we went. However, this was convenient for my friend as he lives across the street from this place. Now, past the back story and on to the real story...When we came into the bar, the place was empty, with the exception of a few locals. As my friend and I approached the bar, we were greeted warmly by the bartender. I ordered my 'usual' (double Hendricks and tonic) and my friend, his usual (pineapple and vodka). The bartender nailed both of the drinks as it relates to ratio. The music in the place was at a tolerable level, which was great as we could hear ourselves talk without having to yell. The bar itself is dark, which I am sure only enhances the effects of those who tend to wear beer goggles. Aside from the low light, the smell of this place is rather musty and not in a good way. I suppose if one drinks enough, the smell won't bother you. The four-star rating here is warranted for the friendly service, but the dive bar/ karaoke bar could use some freshening up.

Who's who is a bar that I pass by on my way to work everyday and I stopped in after having had a crappy drinks at dinner to see what's up. It's an odd little bar with crappy seating and a stage but the winner really are the drinks. There were beer & shot specials, but I came in for cocktails so I didn't have any. Solid Moscow mule and my SO had a michelada- also fantastic. There was karaoke, which is not my thing but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. The charm of this place is not enough to ignore the horrible movie theater style carpet and faint smell of .. idk .. something bad. A little TLC could make this place a solid dive bar. I'm sure if I'm feeling low key, I'll probably be back. Ps - there's free popcorn too!

A cool neighborhood bar. This place is warm and comfy inside, with a full bar. It's got a variety of beers, along with tall boys of Lone Star Beer. In our experience, Lone Star tall boys were $3, and Shiner seasonal pint on draft was $4. I am a bit worried that this is a bird themed owl bar. But once you get inside, the owl theme seems to fade. There are lots of booths to sit at and plenty of tables. They offer Golden Tee, but not many other games. The internet-connected jukebox in the corner never got used, but it continued to spit out 80's and 90's jams. There's a stage at one end of the bar that'd be great for a live band or karaoke, but they weren't using it. The service was fast and friendly, and we got our drinks quickly.

If you're looking for a "craft" cocktail in the medical center area, then you've come to the right place. Welcome to Who's Who, a friendly neighborhood bar where you can get cocktails on the cheap, an accommodating bar staff, and a tab that won't break the bank. We just had 3 cocktails (The Red & Stormy, Ruby Drop and a Cojito) plus one of their daily specials, a shot of Deep Eddy lemonade vodka + a Shock Top. I highly recommend mixing the shot and the pint of Shock Top together for added effect.Did I mention how inexpensive this place is? Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy a fresh, homemade Moscow Mule (Stoli vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, muddled mint and a dash of simple syrup) or splurging on a good cocktail at some swanky place in Southtown/Downtown, but for $5 and some change for a craft cocktail in the medical center (my hood) I definitely have no complaints. I love the divey yet modern feel of the place, not to mention the awesome nods to famous owls in the names of their specialty cocktails. Chris is so friendly and his bartenders that he was training were not only fast learners but also very friendly as well. Bonus points: they have a jukebox that will literally scour the internet for your favorite musical numbers. With that sort of power in music selection, tasty craft cocktails, a prime location, friendly barstaff, and plenty of booth/bar seating, this bar is literally what you make of it. You can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be returning soon, but with reinforcements.

Bartender and vicool but the mixers are terrible. Everything taste watered down. That's the only reason why I've given it 2 stars.

I had a very pleasant visit here today. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. She smiled and made me feel welcome. Beer was ice cold. I don't live on this side of town, was only there to kill time and let the 5 o'clock traffic die down before my ride home. I would definitely come back again.
