Don't bother wasting your time on this Whataburger. Have waited over 30-40 minutes multiple times and they NEVER get the order right and today was over an hour and they made me wait another 15 minute to give me my money back. Worst location in San Antonio and the food is never ever ever fresh.

This location at Potranco near hwy 211 in the same parking lot as HEB is relatively new. It was clean and not overly busy the day I visited. I was craving taquitos so I ordered ahead online. Ordering online with my phone was simple. Instructions were clear. Upon arrival, An attendant came out to my car within 60 seconds to greet me. The hash browns weren't ready immediately but they were after another minute or so wait. It did not detract from the service experience. It was nice having them hot n fresh. The order was correct and packed carefully, especially the large drinks in the container. I was offered condiments and I was thanked as I was departing. The attendant was great doing all the things you expect of a well-trained Whataburger employee. I wish I'd gotten his name because he deserves recognition for a job well done because, did I mention? It was raining. I will eat here again. I live in the middle of 3 Whataburger locations but I think this is my favorite now.

Love this Whataburger location! The kids that work here are friendly and professional and move at a satisfactory speed. Have you tried the Dr. Pepper Shake? If not stop screwing around and go get some!!! It was a woeful and lamentable day when I saw they had discontinued it several months ago... well, IT'S BACK! Gettin' mine right now.

The location very nice. One of the best designs of a Whataburger I have been in Sadly the service is super slow. Over the last 25min waiting for food every patron had to return their order because something was incorrect. So the place is really nice. But the overall quality is subpar.

Lordt have mercy! Mercy is literally what I'm giving this location with my 1 star. I have never witnessed such slow service. It's practically unbelievable. They always have 20+ people (kids) working (standing around laughing and talking) not really working to be honest. The food is always thrown together, barely hot. I come here consistently and the food is never right. If you're in the mood for cold, old french fries thrown about your bag and want to wait an hour for them, by all means please run and frequent this place! Ugh I hate it here but since its the only close location options are limited!

I have an issue about every 3-4 time we go there. I never say anything. But today is the day ? This is the chicken strip combo with fries ? And those are all the fries I got.... Cant be serious. Finally the long awaited Whataburger by the new H-E-B is finally open! Opening on March 24th, 2022, this nearest Whataburger of ours is what we needed to cure our chicken and burger cravings anytime of the day and breakfast craving on the run for mornings! Upon arrival despite the location being busy we were quickly able to place our order at the counter. This Whataburger is in my belief the 2nd modern Whataburger to be built in San Antonio, Culebra and Alamo Parkway being the first one. The food came out about 10 minutes from placing our order and to our expectation that delicious limited time Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich yum!
