Wayne's Wings is hands-down the best wing spot I've ever been to! The Jacob wings are an absolute flavor explosion--perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in the most incredible sauce that will have you licking your fingers long after they're gone. You have to pair them with fries smothered in your choice of their signature sauces--trust me, you won't regret it. Every bite is pure heaven, and the combination of flavors is unmatched.The staff is super friendly, the vibe is laid-back and fun, and you can tell they take pride in every order. If you're a wing lover (or just a food lover in general), Wayne's Wings is a must-visit. Five stars aren't enough to describe how amazing this place is!

Wholly cow or in this case, wholly chicken! San Antonio takes pride in being the best and having the best, so imagine the joy that comes with the bragging rights of being home to some of the best wings in the entire state of Texas. Owner Dwayne Price, a native of the East Coast, opened Wayne's Wings in 2010 and now operates two locations in San Antonio, meaning that folks from near and far stop at this local business to see what all the fuss is about. These made to order wings come in various flavors like honey lemon pepper, funnel cake, Caribbean jerk and many more. I tried the wet Jacob wings which were slightly spicy with hints of lime and sriracha. For those of you who adore anything with sriracha, like me, you know that this sauce takes anything up a notch! With these wings, you have Sriracha for the heat, honey (or I think this was the secret ingredient used here) to tone it down, lime for the tang. The wings were not overly done nor were they too fatty like some of the wings out there. The rameken of ranch served on the side of the wings gives those who are looking for a slick way to reduce the heat of the wings with an excuse not to seem 'weak' in front of their friends. These wings are definitely worth a try in the area. #supportlocal

I'm a huge fan of Philly cheesesteaks so I decided to try Wayne's Wings. I was greeted quickly and my order was taken. I got my food pretty quick. Got home and devoured everything. I got a 6" Philly cheesesteak with the combo. The fries were very good. They were still hot when I got home. They were wedge fries and were crispy on the outside but not overcooked. The cheesesteak was phenomenal. The steak had a lot of flavor and the bread was very good. Overall a great meal and I will be back to try the wings next time.

Was so excited to try this place... they need to hire more people, give people an estimated wait time, and serve people in order.

I have to say...after hearing people talk about W2...and, I believe it was in Texas Eats...I finally tried this spot. Well, I hate to say it, but the wings themselves, to me anyway, had no seasoning at the meat level. I ordered the Roxy wings...just drowned in sauce...probably better to have the sauce on the side to dip the wings into. Wife ordered plain...just needed more seasoning.

After hearing about Wayne's Wings for some time I finally have it a shot. The place is small with very little seating. Most people seem to order online or to take out. I ordered on line. I thought the prices were high. About 2 bucks per wing. They have a hugh variety of sauces to choose from. I order 26 wings and 2 large fries at a cost of 60 bucks... The food was made to order and definitely freshly prepared. The wings are big. The large fries were huge as well. The food was excellent!! Among the best wings I have ever had. Delicious creative sauces, crisp and juicy wings, and perfectly fried and seasoned potato wedges. Amazing job Wayne's Wings. It is not just hype, the food is excellent and will not disappoint. I don't think the price point is a bit high but I really enjoyed the food.

I decided to try the wings wondering if I was missing out on something. Sorry to say it was a nogo for me. The buffalo wings had a good sauce on them, but that couldn't hide the breaded soggy wings, maybe the sell them naked I don't know.The garlic parm dry rub had no flavor at all, the rub was attached to the chicken, I had to scrape as much off as i could. The fries were good, well seasoned and crispy. Not for me but I'm glad I satisfied my curiosity.

Wayne's is the most consistent with his food for presentation, taste freshness and over all wonderful. My family appreciates Wayne's so much. We recommend Wayne's to everyone looking for wings.

Hands down BEST wings in SA! The garlic Parmesan fries were great too! Highly recommend. Service was friendly and helpful.
