We have been customers for quite some time. Unfortunately, our recent visit left a very sour taste and I'm not sure we will be back. We were seated in the back room and forgotten. The party that arrived at the same time we did and the one that arrived shortly after us were also seated in the back. Unfortunately, the area was not very clean or inviting. After waiting almost 30 minutes and only receiving our drink order, we flagged someone down and they apologized and took our order. Part of it came out cold and when we asked if they could warm it up, she said the kitchen was closed! Never refilled our drinks or even checked on us. Yet the other two parties had their orders taken promptly and received their meals. Very disappointed in the service, food and overall experience.

Beautiful small business and sweet staff. First time trying them was in 2019 after a doctors appointment. I got pancakes at that time and I remembered them being good. Decided to have them again before hiking and wanted to try a more authentic meal. As a vegetarian, they have options on the menu but I wanted to try the chilaquiles and they were more than fulfilling with the red salsa and they come with a side of refried beans. If you want more kick, they have housemade salsa on the table and one of them is spicy and delish. I hope to try something else on the menu but this specific plate has me hooked!

Vida Mia Mexican Cuisine has the most authentic Mexican breakfast in the entire city hands down! I've been coming to Vida Mia for years, but unfortunately hadn't visit since the pandemic. My mom was in town and was craving some chilaquiles, so I knew this was the perfect excuse to drive to Stone Oak and visit Vida Mia. I was so happy to see that despite the years, the place still looks the same and have kept that warm mexican vibe. For our visit I chose the Vida Mia chilaquiles with chicken, and my mom ordered the Diego and Frida with chicken. Both of our orders came out really quick and the portions were very generous. The chilaquiles taste exactly like the ones we used to have back home in Mexico. We also noticed they had a Yelp check-in offer of a free empanada with your order, which was a nice surprise. Can't wait to come back and try something new from their menu!

Stopped into Mia's as I was in the area for an appointment in the morning. I placed an order for one chorizo and egg feeling it would be a safe option. Unfortunately it was very small and extremely greasy. I will likely never be back.

Vida Mia is as authentic as it gets. It's nice to have a spot like this in Stone Oak! My family and I usually go here on the weekends to get our chilaquiles and taco fix. The Diego and Frida is my favorite because you get the best of both worlds--the red and green salsas. My kiddo always gets the giant pancake and my husband keeps it simple with the ham and egg breakfast plate. The tortilla soup is also not to be missed and has pulled me through cold and flu season. The broth is rich and so comforting. Check out the weekday lunch specials, too! They're reasonably priced and are a steal for the quality. We always feel welcome when we walk in. The vibe is fast-paced but I personally love the hustle and bustle (a testament to how delicious the food is!) You need to get there early if you want to avoid a wait--it's a small place. The staff are always busy but they're friendly and attentive. This place is truly a gem on the north side.

The best green chilaquiles in San Antonio!! They offer a rich variety of dishes. Friendly service from the owners, the atmosphere is pleasant but the place needs cleaning, especially the area of the bathrooms and floors.
