The BEEF in everything I tasted was absolutely AMAZING! Tender, juicy, and flavorful. I ordered the beef fajitas and it was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. The gac was a little flavorless, typical rice, but the bean soup was a nice touch, added a tab bit of salt, and it a pretty good. The queso yellow and thick, definitely wasn't what I was use to, but my mom loved it. There was a small language barrier. The server was attentive, but it took a minute to take our orders. The food came out extremely fast upon odering. The environment was OK. Nothing fancy but the food was good.

The food was great! Hot. Tasty. It was a quiet morning. We went pretty early. They were serving alcohol at 9AM. The only down side was that the waiter took forever to take our order. Took forever to give us get us the check. We basically had to get her attention every time we needed something. Just seemed like she didn't care.

The food was really good I had the birria tacos and patron margs Omg.The establishment was really clean the ambiance was cool! The service was good but the ladies could not understand what I was saying but it's ok. She still got the job done lol

As far as ambience goes, at a glance, this out of the way seemingly ordinary Mexican restaurant does not strike one as unique, however, from the entertaining waiters/waitresses to the fancy margs on the menu, this restaurant presents an impressive interior.Alas, all good things must end, and although there are not many negatives, here are several: time - it seems as though time today was not considered when it came to meeting the consumers needs. I walk away sad that I spent too much time here, and yet happy with the friends made along the way.

We've been to this place 3 times so far, and all 3 times, the food has been exceptional! The service has been great except this last time. The server was not very attentive, didn't bring things that we asked for, and when we were done, it took him 15 minutes to check us out... but other than that this place makes exceptional food and drinks, and we will continue to eat there! I'm sure our waiter had a lot on his mind that day. We will definitely be back!

I recently found what looked like a nose hair in my food. It was obviously a nose hair. Thick and short. The moment I walked in, it was negative energy. They replaced my taco, but kept saying it was oregano. Since when does oregano look black, short, and hair like. Not one employee was accountable. I'm no rocket scientist but I know a hair from spices. Not one apologized, and they had the nerve to commit to saying "it's spices". Since when do mexican restaurants put oregano on breakfast tacos. They told me the manager doesn't show till 4pm. What kind of restaurant has no manager till the evening. I will NOT be returning. I usually go to buy tacos for my company, but I'll drive the extra mile to the one if many mexican restaurants available. No accountability No apologies =no more of our money.

Had a family Christmas party/70 year anniversary party at Vallartas bar and Grill. We rented the private room for 5 hours and the experience was incredible! Our server, Carlos, was outstanding! He was the only server for around 35 people and didn't miss a beat! The room was plenty big and decorated. The entire staff was helpful in supporting Carlos and the food was outstanding!I would highly recommend Vallartas if your just casually going out or planning a big party.

Chips were delicious the food was so so. Especially the wet burrito. Service was hard to understand due to language barrier. The music wasn't loud inside decorations nice.

Food is ok but service is horrible. We've had waiters run after us for a tip (was left on table) , they're constantly changing prices and charging you for other things. When I asked for a refund the manager Manuel told me they couldn't then proceeded to say it would take 3 days. Manager Manuel doesn't know how to run this establishment unfortunately.

Nachos were good, the service was ok... we came for some beers and margaritas, trying to have good time at the karaoke area, but the server forgot about us (trying to get another round for almost 40min and the place was almost empty, so we decided to go to another spot)... plus the karaoke guy looks like if you don't tip him first you're not good for his list...
