We went here for a Valentine's Dinner. The cost was $110 per person for four courses, plus 20% automatic tip. We walked in, and the hostess didn't even welcome us. We were handed a paper menu at our table, and the fourth course had already sold out of one of the popular options. We weren't given anything extra for paying so much money. The sparkling water was added to the total of the bill. There was no Valentine's decor.It felt like a VERY overcharged dinner. We would have gotten better bang for our buck elsewhere. My husband's second course was the tortelli, where he received a total of 2 noodles on the plate. It was a tiny portion. It was over an hour and half before we were given our main course. This food did have good quality, but you can find better pricing elsewhere for the same quality. When paying so much money, you expect to receive a really good experience. The waitstaff was kind, but we felt the whole thing wasn't worth it.

Guess what? Valeria is now open for lunch, folks! From 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday, this gem in Boerne is serving up some serious midday delights.I stumbled upon this delicious fact while on the hunt for a lunch spot, . The new opening hours isn't know yet which only added tot the charm of the experience in that the dining room wasn't bustling with conversation.Chef Keith, emerged from the kitchen bearing a plate of linguini fresco that paired perfectly with a delightful white wine straight from the heart of Italy. As I indulged in the seafood symphony, sultry tunes serenaded me in the background, wishing I had brought a date! Great place for a romantic afternoon with your date!Let me tell you, folks, this was one of the most pleasant and memorable lunch experiences I've had in ages! From the ambiance to the impeccable flavors, Valeria has won me over, and I'll definitely be back for more. Don't miss out on this culinary adventure, my friends!

20 min to get our drinks. 20 min to get our order taken. 20 min to get our apps 40 min to get our main dinner this is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Food was cold and over salted. Servers are so disconnected they forget you are even there. The seating and ambiance is off it feels rushed and put together.

So what a wonderful surprise to find this hidden jem restaurant! Everything is so wonderful! Nice ambiance, great music in background! Pizza is the best crust , so it is light and flakey, crispy and the best flavor!Green salad had a wonderful light dressing that was just perfect!Crabcake was absolutely delicious with great dipping sauce with fresh grated cheese!Then we had Apple Carmel pie with fresh cream and ice cream! They just got their liquor license and opened a new bar area! All of this was at lunch too!George, chef and Savanna were wonderful with service!We have a wonderful new restaurant to come to regularly!

Valeria is a gem! Chef Keith and staff create a changing menu with outstanding, high quality food. Last week, I had sea scallops which were incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared with amazing plating. I regretted not taking a photo, the dish was beautiful! The wine list is top notch.Adjoining the restaurant is the newly opened The Tavern at Valeria. Excellent craft cocktails, wonderful pub food in a comfortable yet classy setting.

My husband and I came in for a dinner date and had an incredible meal. I had the crab cakes which were some of the best I've ever had and I'm originally from Maine. My husband had shrimp scampi and said it was fantastic. We will definitely be back soon to try the pizza!
