9.99 Stuffed Cabbage was so tender I ate it with a plastic spoon. Two rolls, filling is ground meat & rice, he asked if I wanted sour cream.
Thick crust made fresh, has a great chew. It's a little thinner in the center, like a pizza. This will feed me twice.
Hash browns come with various toppings, take about 10min. Made when you order.
One order of hash browns (macok on the menu) topped with sour cream and cheese. Coworkers loved their samples!

Crepes and hash browns gave me 2/order so this could have fed five. I looked like a Dr Seuss character balancing plates back to my car.

Tasty, and I am a fan.They cook it fresh when you order so for the large fried dough--about the size of a personal pizza--you'll be waiting maybe ten minutes. So worth it today, it tasted fresh and not greasy. They even threw in a free cheese crepe while I waited, which was delicious.Generous. The hash browns are the size of a salad plate, got lots of cheese and crispy bacon my second try. They're lovely! I couldn't finish mine, you can easily split the hash browns or fried dough, honestly.There aren't tables immediately nearby, but the raised wall is the right height for seating if you're staying a while.Lots of vegetarian options on the menu, which I love. The cooking time means mall employees will probably be better off getting this before or after their shifts, but I hope they take this place into their hearts and let this truck stay a while. I think they're going to be an amazing hot treat when the weather turns cold again.****update 8 oct 19 my vegetarian coworker tried the vegan fried dough/langos and loved it. We couldn'tquite nail down the toppings--cabbage/onion but there's something else savory in there. Not as piquant as sauerkraut.****update 14 oct 19 think my first hash browns were stacked in a small paper side plate and slowly glued themselves together. My second try was much lighter and crispier. Generous toppings both times.
