The food is great. Especially for that area in San Antonio. Unique specials. Great sushi chef. Outside seating.- Sushi Ceviche

Wonderful experience, nice vibe with outside seating, we had appetizers and sake. The service was great, our waiter even made sure to bring a slice of cake for the birthday celebration!

Excellent sushi dining experience. My wife and I were underdressed for the classier environment, but we were still seated and treated very well by the staff. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and went over various sushi options. I got the Romeo & Juliet roll. The presentation of the dish was A+ and the taste was another A+ absolutely excellent. Edamame beans were a bit spicy but still good. Highly recommend.

Well I guess I played myself. Came here on a whim since we were craving sushi and everywhere was closed and now I can never eat sushi anywhere else. We sat outside on the patio since it was nice weather out and we brought my dog but it's shaded and would probably also be nice during the day. The inside looked absolutely gorgeous! Service was amazing, our server Becca made some GREAT recommendations but when everything is so good it's hard to miss. We were somewhat full but still ordered another roll because we HAD to try some more and they did not miss the mark. Also, it's not a chain and is a mom & pop restaurant so it's always great to support local business. Would recommend to any sushi lover

If you want AMAZING sushi and EXCELLENT service, you MUST eat at Uniko!I love sushi but not all sushi restaurants are good, but let me tell you! .... Here EVERYTHING, LITERALLY EVERYTHING is delicious!For appetizers do not miss on the Tuna Tower and The Ceviche, so fresh and unique! And so beautifully served. For sushi , I like fresh Sushi, so I normally order A-shinga-o or Atsui, so fresh and yummy. But if you want something very special, order this off-the menu item called King of Kings, it comes with fire! And it's delicious!This is great for a date for the cozy ambiance or even a party!

I was left a bit wary after reading the reviews but decided to go for it. Let me preface by stating we are new in town and don't have other sushi restaurants here to compare it to. It's a cute and quaint little place and we were seated immediately on a Sunday late afternoon. Sushi freshness was a 4 out of 5 - for the price we expected a little higher quality but it wasn't bad. The beef udon was not authentic but it was surprisingly really good!! The broth was amazing and my entire family gave it two thumbs up. Presentation for all the dishes were exquisite. The server was very attentive and got us a complimentary birthday dessert for my husband. Will have a better idea how comparable it is to other local sushi restaurants once we venture out more.

As future residents of the apartment complex my husband and I decided to explore the area to familiarize ourselves just a month and a half before we move in. After exploring which we finished around lunch time , we decided to try this small and quaint Japanese restaurant inside the Eilan Hotel and Apartments. The restaurant was small but yet there were a lot of people dining in for lunch despite that it was a weekday . My husband ordered the Ceviche rolls while I ordered the Two King rolls and we shared the Avo Bake which was really a bomb as I liked it very much . The ceviche rolls was so refreshing as it had some sauce in it while the Two King rolls was good but I found it a bit too spicy for my taste . But in summary I would say the restaurant had one of the best rolls in the city because they were truly fresh and flavorful .

One of my most favorite places to eat. I have been here numerous times and it's never disappointed. The sushi is pricey, but the quality is unmatched. I genuinely don't think I've ever had anything here I didn't just absolutely love. You must start with the tuna tower! It's almost too pretty to eat, but once you do your mouth will thank you. I come here at least once a month and I'll definitely be back!

We have been going to Uni'Ko for years and we love the food. It's not cheap but recently management is adding 3% for credit cards. When we offered using our debit card, they said you had to pay cash. When you are paying $90 for 18 piece sashimi, you do not expect to pay 3% for using a credit card. I have never seen this before and this needs to end. I will avoid Uni'Ko until this changes.

Wow! Very nice interior. A hidden bar. Cocktails could use some work. The Naka saketini is great! Nigiri is wonderful and fresh. Great accompaniments. Service is top notch. You can't go wrong here!
