UBP Burger

This is an amazing food truck burger shop. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. There are clean tables to sit at with a cover to keep the sun out. The burgers are delicious and the onion rings are amazing.

Juicy as advertised. First visit; ordered the classic meal which she was sure to tell me a couple times was a small burger. I was okay with that since it was my first time eating there. The burger was actually a good size for lunch. Seasoned fries were okay; nothing to write home about, but they were small and skinny and not as hot as the burger; seems like they should be more like steak fries to go better with the burger. I will likely visit again since it's close to work. Wait time was long but to be expected with freshly cooked order. Walked over to the nearby record shop and looked around while I waited for my order to be ready. They have tables and chairs under awnings if you want to eat there. A little pricy I thought for the size of the burger; total was $16.60 with a 15% tip.

I just had the Original UPB burger with American cheese and bacon. It was one of the best burgers that I ever had in my life!!! It was so JUICY!!!! Yum!!! Yes you must try one if you're in New Braunfels.

Good food but the price is something that needs to be factored. 20$ for a burger and fries is a little pricey.

Was around the area and wanted to to get a quick bite to eat so I searched for fast food. I found this place and it was close by so I decided to give it a shot. Once I arrived I noticed it was a food truck parked in a large parking area. It was easy to find and I loved the design of the truck. Once I walked up to the truck I was greeted and explained the menu. I ended up ordering the Original UBP Burger with Cheese, Bacon, and Jalapeños. The price was reasonable and they had seating under a canopy. Once my order was ready I received a text and hurried to try my meal. I then opened my box and saw this amazing looking burger! Once I bit into the burger it was packed with flavor and the juices the patty had was amazing!!!I loved every bite and didn't want it to end! I will definitely be coming back here and trying everything they have on the menu!!!

Like 3 years ago they used to be passable but they have really gone down hill. Customer service and the quality has dropped tremendously. The burgers have no taste and the meat is very odd and chewy. They have burnt my meat/bun several times which is why I stopped going. They don't have much competition in the food truck arena in NB but at this point P Terry's is better than they are.

We decided to finally try this place after ( in all honesty) the other place wasn't accepting delivery.As the 3 of us ate, we chatted about the food, the good the not so good. The onion rings were delicious and still decently warm after delivery. The Tater tots are nothing to get excited over, pretty disappointed, just tasted like frozen ones we do at home.The 'only' other thing sorta off-putting was the meat , though it seemed of good quality it was spicy. We all determined not a good idea on that, we just want a good burger. Not sure if you can request regular without the spice but not everyone likes that, just saying. Third & final is the outrageous price of a burger there, I don't care if the meat is prime rib, there's not enough on that burger to charge that much.

Haven't had a burger this good in forever! Honestly impressed how good a regular cheeseburger is here.
