I ordered the 1/2 pound Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. Burger was cooked to perfection and tasted very juicy and delicious. Seasoned perfectly and bun was nice and fluffy. 10/10 was the burger. The fries was a disappointment. Was cold and old. Was told they were getting new type of fries, but they had to finish the old ones before. Service was excellent, very attentive.

I have eaten here twice.The first time was late on a Saturday afternoon. My vegetarian burger was perfect and my husband loved his patty melt. We both liked the warm and convivial server. We would have given the place 5 stars.Tonight we ordered by DoorDash vegetarian burger, a regular cheeseburger and the Mexican burger. The vegetarian burger was burned on the outside, and the inside had not been cooked. Each bite was like eating burned, crusty bread flour. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. Attempts to reheat it didn't work because the binding to the vegetable product had been destroyed by burning the outside. My husband's burger was literally swimming in mayonnaise. It had so much mayo on it that it wouldn't hold together. Within 10 minutes of slop, he threw the bread, mayo and sauce away, and ate the burger.My daughter loved her Mexican burger, which, in spite of the complete neglect of the other burgers, was perfect.Their milkshakes were also good, and given that my food was some of the worst prepared trash I have ever been served, I wish I had ordered one.Eat in the restaurant. Don't order take out. It's not a bad place. It's a place that needs better quality control.Ugh.

The food was great, service was as well friendly staff. We had the fried mushrooms as our appetizer, delicious. Burgers are very tasty! Tots with the queso The atmosphere was perfect, laid back. Nice dinner on the patio.

Solid choice for lunch or hearty dinner! Very creative burgers cooked just right. Wonderful red onion rings, fried mushrooms and fried pickles to start. Huge, huge burgers. We'll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Service on point.

Tycoon Flats is a casual gem just north of downtown, and our visit there was fantastic. We tried the fried Apple bacon burger, and it was bursting with flavor--a unique twist that really delivered on taste.The vibe here is relaxed and laid-back, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal. We also tried the chispas, and they didn't disappoint; these cocktails pack a punch and pair well with their hearty burger selection.Our waitress was friendly and attentive, checking in regularly, which we really appreciated. It's clear that Tycoon Flats values good service as much as great food. If you're looking for a place to unwind with a flavorful burger and strong drinks, Tycoon Flats is worth a visit.

Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Amber was our server and she was fabulous. Acknowledged us immediately and provided great service throughout our meal. We sat on the patio despite the Texas heat because the owners were smart enough to place fans everywhere. Bloody Mary was great. Between the comfort food and the cocktail - my hangover is just a memory.

Apr 2024The menu is the same as their N. St. Mary's location. The venue is pretty spacious, having taken over the old Purple Garlic. The bar is to your left as you enter from the parking lot (which is pretty large). We ordered burgers and they taste just as good as the ones at the other location. There was a large BD party going on when we arrived and thought service might be a little slow. Nope, all went well. Go there.

The entrance into this place was interesting, you walked through maybe a garden or what looked like a nursery lol. Then it opened up to the large covered outdoor area. Our server was Shalyn, she was such a great server. We found out she's only been living in the area for 4 months, which was impressive to me. In that short time, she's become super Knowledgeable with the menu and flavors of many of the burgers, enough to describe them all with pretty great details.I love that they have the option to build your own slider trio (3 mini-tykes) so you can try multiple burger flavors.Fried avocado burger 7/10Not bad, I would have liked to taste the avocado and poblano sauce more. I think there was a little too many tortilla strips, that's mostly what my bite tasted like... before they all fell off in a big chunk (The poblano sauce made them all stick together). Didn't taste the cheese much at all.Monte cristo 8/10Pretty good. The jelly comes through the most, a good flavor. I like that they still incorporated something fried in the burger, which was the ham. Didn't taste the cheese much at all. Honey BBQ Bacon Burger 9/10My favorite one. The flavor of the bbq with the caramelized onions and bacon was so good together. You also tasted and got the crunch from the onion ring pretty good too.I think the burgers in general were a little under-seasoned and overcooked (all sliders were cooked medium). I did love the choice of bun that they use for these too. It was soft and durable for a bun.French fries 10/10These were AMAZING. The perfect fry.

Had burgers and onion rings on the patio. A little chilly but they had a heater going. We ate on the patio next to another couple with their dog, too. Quiet and nice area. Dogs were good!
