Tink A Tako

I usually love this place but I had to pick out little egg shells from my plate today and looks like they just threw an egg whole in my chilaquiles

First time here with the family on a Sunday for lunch. The place was packed and busy but we manage to get a table. The inside is large and has tables, chairs, and booths. The service is friendly fast and the food is reasonably priced. You are given complimentary bean dip with salsa and chips. We got menudo, tripas tacos, and breakfast taco. The tacos are really decent size so one is enough for one person. The tripas was hot, super crunchy, and seasoned well. If you want it crispy then you need to let them know crispy so they make it that way. It was best tripas I had in SA. Only improvement is that I wish they let the tripas drain the oil a little more before putting it in the taco, it was drenched with oil. I had to take napkins and damp the tripas from excess oil. Other than that it was almost perfect. If you eat tripas with onion, cilantro, and lime.. you will need to ask for it because they do not serve with it. The breakfast taco I got was a sausage egg potato. The sausage was not breakfast sausage but a sausage link of some sort. I was not a fan of the sausage link and will get bacon next time. The menudo was a decent size for a small and was only 9.99. The large was 11.99. Comes with cilantro lime jalapeno and diced onion. The menudo was tender and not chewy. Did not smell like organ meat and was so good! It was lacking flavor just a bit but definitely top 5 menudo I had in SA. I will definitely be back for the menudo! Do I recommend this place? Yes! Great prices, great fast service, and good food! Check them out! On the outside shows Tink A Tako but in the menu it shows Sandra's restaurant tink a tako... not sure if this one was different from other tink a tako but we will be back to this specific location.

I have never been disappointed with their tacos--until today. I ordered two tacos a la Mexicana. The potatoes were like mashed potatoes. There wasn't much visible onion, peppers, or tomato. It seemed to be mashed potatoes with a tiny bit of pico de gallo. If I had bought the potato tacos and requested pico de gallo as a condiment, I could have saved 30 cents per taco for the same thing.

Our family visited this restaurant earlier. The food was awesome! Had a plate of enchiladas. My sister had a plate of puffy tacos. My brother in law had a plate of care guisada. The food was amazing. The service was great. Our server was very efficient and great personality. Great atmosphere and prices. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Mexican food. I am visiting from Cali and visiting when I return next time.

My husband and I ordered an asada taco and a carne guisada taco. My taco looked a bit pale but I was hungry and ate it anyways.This was a mistake.I woke up at 2 am nauseous and sick to my stomach and I threw up and all I tasted was the taco. I woke up at 5 am feeling just as bad but this time with tummy cramps. I woke up at 7:30 to take my son to school and could hardly stand the driveMy husband was having diarrhea and at this point I was too. We went to the doctor and I am okay but todays our sons first birthday and we are spending it on the toilet not able to eat really anything.I'm not sure what's going with that place but no one should have to live through that. So many better taco places!

Chorizo & egg are dry otherwise dine in food is ok except the mentioned above. Lunch specials are priced right and staff is friendly

I used to go there a couple of years ago for breakfast or lunch. They were so delicious but now it taste, bland and overpriced.

Great food great service nice clean location. We frequent Culebra/Potranco location and the 471/Geronimo Village. We never have had a problem with either the service or the food.

OMG THEIR PRICES WENT WAY UP !!! Taco Asada. $4.85 Fajita $ 3.99 if you want beef it's $1 extra so $4.99 . Order two tacos of Asada or fajita and your bill is a whopping $10 plus tax. Ice Tea $3.45And lemonade $3.99 . A side of 4 slices of avocados is $3.99. My bill for three tacos a side of avocado two drinks was $28.35 . The prices changed over night because I did not see those prices on the menu . I'm sorry, but the food is not all that like it used to be to be paying that much. Good luck to them, but I will not be going back ever again . 03/26/2024 visit .

Myda was disrespectful and rude and not business like or professional. we are in Texas and she needs to stop acting like there is a language barrier. She could care less and no sympathy or empathy how a single parent mom paid $20 for tacos and they didn't even have the egg. Wouldn't even let me take it in so she can just add the egg missing.
