Tiago's Cabo Grille

Met an old crew here for dinner and drinks. Had a bit of a hiccup with the waiter's attentiveness but talked to the manager and she corrected the issue. Ordered street corn and quest beef tacos. Margaritas went down pretty smoothly. Overall we were pleased with this place. The TVs played the live games. One weird thing we all noticed, this restaurant has all the wait staff run the salt and pepper together to ... what looks like, they want to verify the levels are even. The issue is when we are waiting for servers, they aren't available because they are busy filling salt and pepper. :) Nevertheless, Food is great and music choice and decor are spot on!

While visiting San Antonio I obviously wanted to indulge in some of the best Mexican food in south Texas so this is one of the restaurants I came to for lunch. We were seated immediately and placed drink orders while looking over the menu. We decided on chips and queso Quesa-Birria tacos and chicken flautas for our meal. my daughter ordered a frozen avocado mango margarita and I ordered a strawberry jalapeno margarita on the rocks. The food was amazing just like I remembered. Our waitress was great and checked on us often.

Stopped in her to get the heck off the highway!!We a were trying to get through the terrible traffic at 1604 and IH 10.So glad we stopped here! Excellent service and the best enchiladas I have had in a long time! The enchilada topped with Cabo chicken lunch soeacial...But the dessert... WOW!

The service is good and the food is just meh. It was very processed in other words. The place is clean. We were so excited because the aroma outside of the place was amazing, but maybe it was from another restaurant. There were a number of people in there so I guess others really enjoy it. There are better places in the area.

We probably won't be back for a meal, but the salsa and the loaded queso were both good. So maybe just apps and drinks. Come during Happy hour and the appetizers are half price. The nachos are basically tostadas cut in half, it was a miss for me because of the steak. It was mesquite grilled which I didn't think would make a big difference but it did, it didn't taste like tex-mex like I wanted it to. It tastes more like they should have BBQ sauce on them. Also the grilled onions and bell peppers were really thick strips. The enchiladas were not impressive either. Tried green, sour cream, and beef. Sour cream was lacking in flavor majorly. Green was super acidic. Beef was overall okay.

It's been a while since I've been to Tiago's and the service and food were still amazing. I tried something new. The steak was so moist and juicy. The shrimp was tender and paired perfectly with vegetables.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time today. Our daughter recommended, and she has been sending us to great spots.This place was easy to find and had lots of parking. We were able to get a great spot even with them being busy during the prime lunch time. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a sweet lady. I have not seen many folks with her experience working in the restaurant business, so I was surprised. However, she took good care of us and got us to a nice table away from the bar. Our waitress came quickly and finding out that it was our first time in the establishment explained everything to us. She also advised that she would be giving us a dessert special free of charge.I ordered the lunch special, an enchilada plate. My wife, who wanted TexMex, ordered a burger:-) Our piping hot food was delivered quickly and was just as we ordered. It was actually a lot more food than we expected for a lunch special, and it was very tasty.Will we return? Definitely, when we are in that part of town.

The flavor in the fajitas and the guacamole were perfect. Our service was pretty good too. We tried many restaurants when visiting San Antonio and this was a surprise favorite. Strong recommend!

Lunch plate of 1 enchilada, rice and beans and beef fajita was fair--refried beans tasted burnt and like out of a can, rice was a little bland but a huge serving, fajita was not cut but a large hunk of meat-chewy but flavorful, enchilada was very tasty and cheesy . The best thing about the visit there was the waiter Adrian--he was fantastic! --attentive, helpful to hard of hearing ladies, In Our group of 12and very patient and kind!

Tiagos is our favorite place for chips, salsa, and jalapeno cream. There have been many changes to the menu recently but we still have our favorites. Try the Street Vendor Tacos, Fajitas and MEET THE GRINCH!
