Yelp to the rescue. I'm so glad that i found, The Lone Star Food Truck. Alejandro who is the owner made my party a hit. He is dependable, honest, and his food is delicious. All my guest were impressed and said what a great idea of having a food truck prepare the food. The price was right and despite the weather, Alejandro kept cooking.

Yummo!! The Lone Star Food truck came to my school today and it was delicious! The staff were very friendly and efficient. I ordered the Hawaiian burger with grilled pineapple and it was so flavorful! The burger patty was nice and juicy and the pineapple complimented the burger flavor. I also liked the soft ciabatta roll! The pasta salad was also good. I also treated myself to some sweet chocolate cake for dessert! All together I paid $13 for my burger, pasta salad, drink and dessert. My co-workers ordered the Lone star club sandwich with grilled chicken and also said it was good. I like that this food truck also has a pescatarian and vegetarian option. Check it out if you see it!

This food truck was at my office building today. Look, I can only imagine how tough it might be to make a food truck work. Nothing against Lone Star, but in general I often walk away from food truck experiences with the same thought - "Man that was expensive". Today, I tried the grilled chicken salad - it had romaine, chicken, cashews, craisins, and your choice of dressing - I got Caesar. I also got a small bag of chips and a bottle of water. Left a 15% tip - and my total was over $12. Ouch. The food was good, though. The salad had so much chicken that I blew through the lettuce and ended up looking down at container full of chicken, craisins and cashews! Bottom line - I guess I wish the salad had been larger given what I ended up paying for my experience.Overall, grateful my office complex has these food trucks, and I so appreciate the effort it must entail to keep a business like this "rolling' - pardon the pun. I MIGHT trying something different if they come back.

Good food, and good service! It's not really a truck we ordered from, though they probably do park one in different places. There's a bunch of "walk up to order" windows, and this one on particular had a nice tv to watch the World Series, at the time. I'd go again and again.

The Tuna Muna is a very good sandwich. I wish they had a better selection of sides besides potato chips, but I understand the constraints of a food truck.

Customer service was amazing. Super friendly and fast, but the chicken (namely the club sandwich) was extremely bland. The marquee advertised bacon on the sandwich, but there was literally only 2 pieces the size of a fingernail. Super friendly staff though

We LOVE this truck! The people are awesome, the food is great, and the price is reasonable. When we see that this food truck is parked nearby, we immediately know where we are having lunch. Highly recommend!

My Texas muffaletta was extremely oily. I get some foods do that, like chorizo, but smoked brisket is not one of them. There was at least a tbsp of oil in the bottom of the carton, and that was just from lifting it out. Might have been one of the most excessively oily things I've ever eaten, very unappetizing. The potato salad was under-cooked, little bit crunchy, but had good flavor. Serving sizes are pretty big, I'll give them that, it was quite a bit of food.
