The Healthy Spot

Swung by for the first time today. Had to try some of the teas. Dion was there and let me know they are energy teas, so similar to a Red Bull or another comparable energy drink. I got one sweet and one sour. The strawberry blueberry was alright. It definitely had a good kick to it. They have a lot of options so each time I visit I will keep trying 1 sweet and 1 sour until I find one I can't live without.The Grape Escape is amazing. I tried it and am saving it in the fridge till after lunch.Customer service was amazing, shop is nice and clean. Tough to beat. If I didn't have my meal replacement shakes already ordered and paid for I would be trying those too.Looking forward to swinging by next week.

Loved the cookies n' cream shake! Great spot to stop for a drink, shake, and good conversation! The owner took time to help me select a drink as this was my first time here. Will definitely be back soon!!

I love the Energy Overload for tea and the Caramel Cheesecake for shakes! It tastes like you're being bad but only has 220cals! Highly recommend!

Great menu !!! Healthy teas. Healthy protein shake !!! Get a combo !! Hours are awesome 7-3. You can call ahead for curbside and it will be ready ! Low sugar !!!

I absolutely LOVED my drink and the amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and my drink was delicious! I got the Strawberry Mojito! Highly recommend if you're wanting to try out some new healthy drinks!
