The Fairview

I've been following this place for a while and finally made it in. It's such a cute little shop. The cold bre and their house made syrups are great. The have jugs you can take home In a glass container. I like the idea of getting one for a weekend in the hill country.

Once upon a time A small town needed a coffee shop, then The Fairview came to save the small town! The long awaited time has come where located off 281 the town of Blanco now has a true local coffee shop, with delicious house roasted Coffee! My first Latte here was the sunshine in my day that I needed, I look forward to coming back to try pastries and drip coffee! Plus how cute is the Barista Bar & Station! Looking forward to more time and experiences here at The Fairview.

This place is a hidden gem, but I don't go to Blanco often enough to say that this is my too favorite coffee shop. The atmosphere is very minimalist-decor, and it doesn't feel like you could sit in there and enjoy a cup of coffee. I ordered a Lavender Vanilla Latte and a scone with chorizo gravy on top. I thought the food was really good but heavy. The latte was pretty good. The staff is attentive, as it's not a very big place, so it's not like they will miss you. Overall, it's a decent coffee shop, wouldn't say it's in my top spots to get coffee, just a good (on the road) coffee shop to stop by.

The staff are very friendly & courteous. Coffee is great and so are the pastries. I usually meet a group of 4 ladies for coffee/pastries and we've never had a complaint. Very casual atmosphere. We always enjoy our visits here. I buy bags of their Blubonnet coffees to give for gifts. I always get good responses for the coffees.

This is an adorable little peaceful place! We stopped on our way to Johnson City and racked up on delicious smoothies, pastries and an açaí bowl! All were delicious!!!!! We will definitely make this a regular stop when we come to the hill country!!

Such a cute coffee shop in Blanco! The owners are so nice and friendly and the coffee is delicious. The inside is decorated so cute! If I lived in blanco I'd be here every day. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

super good coffee. cute atmosphere with seating everywhere, and the couches are very comfortable. quick service, and they have dairy free milks available. will be coming back!

Service is always warm and welcoming. They make excellent food with healthy ingredients. We love making a trip here for their Johnny Dean!
