Probably because I was the last lunch customer the waiter didn't seem very enthusiastic. I felt like I was an intruder, not a customer.As far as atmosphere the restaurant is gorgeous . The roll and fries were delicious and the butter for the dinner roll was amazing.

We thought this was one of the best restaurants in Boerne. Unfortunately, we bought a gift card in late November 2024 and they refused to honor it in mid January of 2025 citing a change in ownership. Dinner and gift card purchasers beware

Shout out to our server Gerardo! He never failed on checking our food and drinks. He was genuinely happy to serve and added to the lovely atmosphere. Perfect night to be outside with my friend! A reunion with yummy appetizers. We had the Brie and crab cakes and Paloma's to catch up. The nature outside felt like we were home having a nice dinner, great company, great restaurant. The restroom was clean, free parking!

One of my friends invited me to lunch at this restaurant, and we both truly enjoyed ourselves. To begin with, it is so incredibly cute! Although a bit tricky to find if you are not from the area, the location makes you feel like you've taken a step back in time. This converted house now restaurant offers picturesque views while dining and loads of photo opps. The service was superb! Our waiter was attentive yet relaxed which was appreciated. Reservations are recommended as it gets quite busy, even during lunch time. I ordered the Shrimp Tampico. It had a beautiful presentation but was really under-seasoned.

I just stopped in over the weekend for lunch and this restaurant is situated by Cibolo Creek just off Main St. You cant see it from the busy street so finding it is a bit tricky. The view is gorgeous and the interior of the reataurant is charming and should be romantic for dinnertime. I ordered the red fish tacos for my meal and there was a total of two with a strange garnish of green something on top. The presentation was nice but it had no flavor very bland. Not even a good red sauce on the fish. Disappointed for 22bucks. This place has so much potential. Always taste the food before you serve it to your customers. BTW the service was great.

A highly mediocre experience. The restaurant was lovely, and the ambiance was beautiful. It is right on the river and it had wonderful views.Our server did well. He forgot half our order, but he did well. The other server there kept looking at us like we were somehow a burden to her. If you don't like how we are dressed (or whatever her issue was), keep it to yourself.The food was fair at best. The high-priced hamburger looked like it came from Wendy's (their burgers are better). I expect more for the price point. The rest of the food had more plate than food. The flavor was "acceptable," however, I have much higher expectations for a restaurant like this one.Meh.

Two years later I ask, why did it take so long. We were told to eat here but often we think French inspired high - Hill country food is not on every day occasion, but after tonight's dinner, we really want to try more. All I can say is deep-fried, decadent. We will be back and I encourage you to try it as well not only for a special occasion, but for date night, or just when you need to get away from the humdrum of craft beer Boerne. It's behind the taco place BTW and there is parking.

Another great find in Boerne TX! Great service and the food was divine. Enjoyed their cajeta crepes! Very kind to their guests - sent us champagne for our anniversary

The pasta was so mediocre. It was not fresh pasta (or at least it did not taste fresh) and the scallops were tiny and overcooked. It was coated in crushed red pepper flakes which was unexpected. (The sauce is described as a "garlic pepperoncini" sauce - This did not taste like pepperoncinis). To their credit they remade it to take home, but the remake was just bland and had the same issues with the seafood. The shrimp tampico entree was overly breaded however the flavors were good. SAVING GRACE... the apple tart and espresso cocktail were both amazing (definitely get the tart a la mode, the ice cream was delicious). Service was amazing.
