The Brick

This is a must try place! We had a pepperoni pizza, a Margherita pizza, meatballs, and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly, the meatballs were big, delicious, and served in a soft tortilla shell. The pizza was the best I have ever had. The crust was perfection ! This is a new restaurant that is still under some renovation, while it prepares to open up more seating and an upper level. This would be a good place to host a small or large group. The service was superb. The staff was friendly, efficient, checked on us regularly, and brought our food out quickly. We will definitely eat here again when we pass near Seguin.

I ate at The Brick a few weeks ago before they officially opened.The pizza was very tasty and the staff friendly and helpful.The only nit to pick wasn't food related. The room faces west and the wall was all windows. As a result it was a little warm inside but not quite hot.I've been looking for another pizza place in town because one I used to go to down the street started getting skimpy on the toppings. That's not a problem now because The Brick is my goto pizza joint from now on.

As a newer restaurant in town, this place serves good pizza and is expanding on-site trying to set up a higher/better standard of dining than the usual Tex-Mex mediocre fare that is prevalent in this town.

What a great hidden gem. Super friendly, family owned business. Pizza and wings were both exceptional. Great wine selection. Decent bottled beer menu and good environment. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. This place is some of the best pizza we've had and a sincerely pleasant place to eat. Super nice folks and we will be back.

Absolutely blown away by this place. The pizza was amazing, the sauce and crust were perfect. We also got the wings and they were excellent, juicy and perfectly sauced. The service was great. The food came out very quick and all the staff were super friendly. The new dining area was nice with lots of TVs to watch comfortable wooden benches or bar height tables. We will definitely be back. I think I found my favorite pizza place! YUM YUM YUM!

We ordered a pizza delivery. It arrived not only cold, but as if it had been cooked earlier in the day. It was The Works pizza, but was very bland and tasteless even after putting pepper flakes on. Cost almost $40 with tip and delivery for a very subpar and medium sized pizza.

Went to the brick today for lunch and it was outstanding. We had the arancini balls (Italian cheese balls) and the The Works pizza and both were definitely worth the drive from Houston for. The owner and the waitress were super attentive and paid attention to detail. The open air concept was outstanding for central Texas dining! They advertised a Valentine's Day special think we will come back

I've been looking forward to The Brick opening up for months and it has been well worth the wait! Some say the key to a great pizza is in the dough, others say the sauce, and yet others say the cheese. I certainly don't know what it is, but they have it figured out! I ordered the carnivore pizza, cheese cuts, and 12 piece wings to sample out the menu. Bravo! The pizza is phenomenal, the cheese cuts were awesome with the made daily dough and sauces. The wings were perfectly seasoned and so juicy! Definitely my new favorite place. They are currently open for walk up, drive through, and online orders. Can't wait for the dining room to open!
