Everything was perfect and staff is great! My son and I have had Nashville, hot chicken sandwiches in a lot of different places. This is may be the best one ever.

Good quality food The fried are very good Legitimately a good restaurant. Highly recommend

The Birdhouse is a charming, cozy little spot with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious home-cooked meals. The food tastes like something straight out of a family kitchen--warm, comforting, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.The only downside? The wait was fairly long. It's definitely a popular place, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours. But if you have the time, it's worth it for a hearty, satisfying meal.Would definitely come back--just maybe not when I'm in a hurry!

Such a super cute place located in New Braunfels. Came here for brunch and was not disappointed. Quaint decor, friendly service, and yummy delicious food and tantalizes the taste buds. Looking forward to returning with my daughter when she pops out for a visit. Fly on out here for a meal with the family or a fun date!

What I ordered:Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich ($16.95) - Dill pickles, bird sauce and coleslaw includes signature bird dog seasoned crinkle fries. - Bird sauce is a thousand island style sauce that I quite enjoyed. Staff was super nice and the vibe of the place reminds me of a cute Hallmark house.

Really great food! We ordered the CFC Biscuit Benedict and the food was amazing. 10/10. Our server Dakota was awesome, we loved the service. We liked how quite the place was even though it was pretty packed.

We were in town visiting some friends and they brought us here our first night for an early dinner. I really wish I would have been more hungry than I was, because everything looked and sounded so amazing! It was hot outside, but we decided to sit on the patio because the atmosphere was nice and very chill. If I lived here, I could see myself out here every weekend! There was no wait so we were sat right away.We all opted for a spicy margarita. It was SPICY but very yummy! I had to finish the hubs drink because it was too hot for him! I ordered a side Caeser salad then him and I split the fritters. Both were very good. The fritters had this spicy honey drizzled on top which took them to another level. Our friends ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. I took a bite and it was very good! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. To top off the trip, there was a boy, about 10 maybe (owner's son?), going around checking on all the tables, refilling glasses, taking away plates. He was so sweet and adorable and was having conversations with each of the tables! We thought it was very cool! Look forward to visiting if we're ever in town again.

The wait was long but they are short staffed. The service was friendly and the food great. They have a full bar. The chicken was delicious - fresh and tender. I loved the corn fritters.

I came here with my friends because my coworkers can't stop talking about this place. They love the chicken and waffles so much, I haven't heard them stop talking about it.What I ate:Frickles: Fried pickles with a nice battered crunch. Warning: super addicting and a big basket. 10/10Spicy Chicken Tenders: Super juicy, but also crispy on the outside with a nice spicy seasoning. 10/10Waffles: They had sweet little bits of sugar inside. Sweet and fluffy. I like their version because I've never had it like this. 10/10Mashed Potatoes: Cold. 1/10Fries: Crinkle-cut and crispy hot. 10/10Mac and Cheese: Super liquidy. 3/10Portion Size: 10/10The food was solid. I'd definitely come back for their chicken tenders, cornbread, and frickles. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

Derrick the bartender made an awesome cocktail!! Lyndley the server was friendly and helpful! The food was tasty and hot! Great place with good music!!!
