Please change your hours online to say "closed at 8:45pm." We walked in at 8:44pm and they wouldn't even let us place a to go order. Very sad that we drove all the way there because the internet says 9pm closing. Please let your online advertising match your true hours. This was our first and only experience at your restaurant. Thank you.

I made a mistake when ordering my food. I accidentally selected yum woonsen(has shrimp, which I'm allergic to) instead of pad woonsen and when I went into the restaurant to tell the restaurant, just to try and get this kinda resolve but they said oh well you got it during a discount time and we can't give you a different order, even though I literally couldn't eat the one they gave me, I wasn't trying to get a free meal. But they said I needed to go through grubhub. I was like ok I get it no problem, I call grubhub and they say oh yea no since you excepted the food we cannot refund or credit you. I really don't like to make waves about things, but this really annoyed me, mostly because it was my fault and I feel stupid but still I am just annoyed with grubhub and the restaurant, because I would have liked some help. This restaurant was recommended by a great friend of mine, while my best friend and I were visiting her in Spring Branch. We decided to order takeaway dishes on our way back to San Antonio. While the dishes (Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice) were tasty...the chicken in these dishes was extremely dry. We also ordered Thai Tea, which was very delicious. Service was quite friendly and the main seating area seemed extremely clean. The pic is of the Pineapple Fried Rice and tea.

This place was amazing. We were a party of 8 and there was no trouble seating us or getting our food out quickly. As for the food?? We all loved it! I ordered the Drunken Noodles. It was a large portion and it was delicious. Others ordered Pad woon sen and some got curry. It was all delicious!! We will definitely be back! Actually I can't wait to go again. I'm thinking about it now! Yummmmm.

Food is very average. Place is dirty. Service is HORRIBLY slow. It appears they do not have enough employees to properly staff a restaurant. Waited over an hour for food and had to physically get up twice to find our waitress. Go somewhere else. This is not worth your time or $$.

Terrible food and customer service - the manager apparently has no desire to accommodate customers. After ordering often from this location and having OK experiences... we had 1 bad experience tonight (borderline inedible annd flavorless) and called to let them know expecting a refund or coupon to remedy. Manager wanted us to drive the food back so she could evaluate it. And then said she got no complaints today and if she refunded everyone who complained they'd be out of business. Such a joke. I asked her if I drove the food back, would I be guaranteed a refund... and she couldnt answer. See the rest of their Google reviews, you'll notice a trend with the manager. Try Sabai Thai instead in Stone Oak. Much better service and the food has a lot more flavor.

We've eaten here dozens of times and the Pad Thai is almost always very good. I got severe food poisoning the time before last but that can happen anywhere so that's not really my complaint. My wife and I ordered pad thai, drunken noodles and egg rolls to-go in our last visit. The egg rolls were great but the pad thai and drunken noodles tasted awful, like they had been boiled with no sauce or seasoning. Ever seen stark-white pad Thai? Probably supposed to have...something added, right?We called the store and were told we could bring the food back in exchange for possibly getting new dishes cooked. Mind you, it's 9:30pm. The owner/manager said if everyone who complained got a refund they'd be out of business and the food tastes the way it's supposed to. I'm not even sure what to make of that response. Maybe the food is occasionally terrible and that's why people complain? Either way, just order from Sabai Thai if you want noodles.
