I had the steak terriyaki bowl and the spicy orange chicken. Also had the crab Rangoon. The steak lacked flavor. I did not care for it. The spicy orange chicken was indeed spicy. Crab Rangoon had no crab (just call them cream puffs). I ordered through the app and it said it'd be ready by 5:00. I wasn't out of there until 5:20 and they were not busy. That was frustrating. I'm still on the fence about giving them another try. I can just go across the street to Panda Express for better flavor.

Went to the the north end location had to come here it's right around the corner from homeIt's just like the other small little shop lots of people when I was there I loved music was going the environment was nice Emily and Alyssa helped me out with my order, and they did an amazing job super friendly and getting the job doneI got the steak teriyaki and a side of chicken katsu the food was amazing, steak needed a little more teriyaki but they gave me extra anyway and the katsu is cooked perfectly and the sauce that goes with it is phenomenal overall great experience definitely will be back

It was decent. You have to look at the menu for a while to understand how it works. I didn't like that I was excited for it, but it was kind of a letdown. Customer service was great though.

I had really high hopes for this place. I've only been here once, but the experience alone is not worth giving a second chance in my opinion. When i placed an order online i was excited about the options they had on their menu. Everything looked delicious and healthy with so many different substitute options for protein and spice levels.When i began ordering, i ordered a regular bowl, 1 egg roll and a small side to try. Without a drink or tip it was $24.. i ordered anyways because it looked really good and i thought the quality must be worth it. Honestly Panda Express would have been better and cheaper. My protein and rice portions were small and i did not order the jr option. The egg roll tasted like pagoda egg rolls, which are the kind i buy in the frozen section at Walmart. The noodles were super oily and broke instantly while trying to pick at it with a fork. My protein option was also super bland, i was expecting a lot of flavor. My experience with the pick up was also very unorganized. It was a busy day, so i was pretty understanding and patient. I feel bad giving it a one star, but $24 is a lot for what i think it's worth. Without the side, the cost would have been $19-$20 for a regular bowl and 1 egg roll. If the food was out of this world, the price wouldn't have been so much of an issue.

Orded online so that all I have to do is pick up quick waited the time it said it would be there even gave it an extra 10 to be ready I get there and have to wait a total of an hour till I finally get my food. Two small bowls take an hour. On top of that no one had their food when I was in there the whole time. The cooks in the back are just messing around makes the whole restaurant look ridiculous. Food wasn't even good for that whole long wait.

The new location on SE Military! Waiting over 40 minutes for our food and currently still waiting. We placed an online order and still waiting even people around us are still waiting. I could've gotten my food way after going somewhere else. So far first impression isn't good at all. Then we see a couple that came way after us order in stores get their food before us. So we asked the worker is it faster to just place order here or online she said well in person yes. That was wow of an answer definitely not coming back. Doesn't take 50 minutes to get teriyaki cooked.

we tried the Katsu chicken with noodles and that was very tasty however the spicy teriyaki chicken with white rice was a disappointment - the steamed rice was under cooked and the spicy chicken tasted good but it was dry.
