Tempted

We have gotten food here a few times. Food is very good! I always get the mushroom tacos, but I have tried the vegan sushi and the cauliflower wings. Love it all, and the ladies are amazing. We will go again soon. I'm not really a food truck fan, and hope there will be a restaurant soon.

Very helpful and lively staff! It's located toward the very back of the HEB parking lot. Great array of options!I loved the way they organized my to-go order. Super delicious Kid's French Toast!!I also ordered an egg, sausage, and cheese taco. The egg was a bit too watery for me (it was dripping out of the taco), and I wish they would cook the tortillas, not just warm them. It could just be a personal preference thing so disregard if you like your breakfast tacos made like that.They came out with my order fast! Wishing this business lots of good luck!!

Amazed at the beautiful presentation, care and quality that came out of this food truck. Really impressed by the keen eye of detail and thoughtful consideration of the staff. Good depth and variety on the menu.The sushi bites were the start of the show for me and is something I know I will be thinking about all month. I had to fight off friends and family from eating them! (They are non vegan) Definitely will double up on sushi bites next time I was sad when they were gone. Picture worthy if I didn't eat it so fast..I also ordered a Philly that I was worried would be soggy by the time I got back to my side of town. To my surprise the bread was separate from the warm toppings wrapped in foil!! GENIUS! The bread remained lightly toasted with the aroma of (maybe) butter garlic. Very smart packaging, The boxes on each item were neatly labeled which I appreciated, again reflecting care put into the products. Strong professional vibes here! Id be a regular if this was in the Cibolo area. Im mostly plant based eater and lactose intolerant so this is heaven for me! I should also mention I believe they also have items with regular cheese for those that can consume dairy. This one is special and found at the corner of HEB parking lot. Can't wait to go here again.

Check out the menu!!! EVERYTHING looks so delicious. The best items are French toast and pancakes. Great place to have a family supper, or a nice place for a weekend foodie getaway.

Such great food and kind service I've tried this place out a couple times and they never disappoint, my favorite spot to get vegan sushi !

This food truck is a dream come true! I am a vegetarian so I'm always on the hunt for anything cauliflower related! I hit the jackpot with this spot! I got the buffalo ranch cauliflower tacos and they were to live for! Breaded to perfection with just the right amount of heat! The lettuce and kale mixture was awesome, along with the tasty sauce! I had the option to pair it with some fresh fries but I chose the garlic fried rice! It was the perfect combination!!!!! I have never had fried rice this good! The taco was flavorful and hearty! The rice was everything you could imagine! The service was prompt! The vibe was great! The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming! They were prepared to answer any questions I had about the menu! 10/10 experience for me!! I'm hooked after one visit! Signed, A happy customer!!P.S. Sorry no pictures this time! The food taste amazing. I've gotten the impossible sliders. 10/10 The spicy sushi roll is to die for! 10/10I also got cauliflower bite and those are delicious with sweet chili. 10/10The service is remarkably fast and friendly. Even offer to take your food to your car. Ambiance is nice as well.Give this place a shot and you won't regret it.

Stopped here because my wife is vegan and finding vegan-friendly options in SATX is kind of tough. The lovely woman who greeted me at the window was very friendly and helpful with the menu. I got the Impossible Philly and made it vegan for my wife and got a few of the sushi bites. Long story short, I wish I'd gotten myself some food because everything was delicious! I am currently still a meat eater but if I had plant-based options like the ones at this food truck, I'd make the switch no problem!

Yo these ladies can throw down! Absolutely amazing vegan food, that you would swear was not! The spicy sushi bites will make a rabbit fight a dog all day long! The mushroom slider and the stir fry dish was 'da bomb'!!! My wife and I vowed to try everything on the menu....at least twice!!!
