The The restaurant is a small space attached to a gas station with a Texas vibe. The restaurant was clean, and the cashiers/ servers were very nice and attentive. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with all the works and chose fries as my side; I didn't get a drink. It was done rather quickly; I don't think the food took up to 10 minutes to come out. I loved the whole meal; it was just amazing!The burger was seasoned well and cooked perfectly, and all of the toppings just added to the flavor and texture. The patty was thick but not dry, and the toppings added more moisture and flavor. The bun was buttered, and the whole sandwich was tied together beautifully. Also, the burger was huge and visually appealing. The fries were seasoned and completely delicious. I'm pretty sure the fries were made to order because they were piping hot and crispy when I checked my food. Overall, the experience was terrific. My favorite item was the burger; it was just so good! I am so happy that I tried this place out; it is easily one of the best burger joints I have been to!! I will be coming back!

Update to add:The address is incorrect. This restaurant is located on corner of Babcock & Prue Rd. NOT Fredericksburg. It's right next to gas station.

Been going to Teddy Bs for quite a while now. The food is top notch. Great burgers, snacks, and specialty treats. Think burgers and hot dogs but with a Mexican flair. I bring lots of people to try it for the first time and they always love anything they order.The staff is friendly and sweet. They will know you by name if you come by often enough. The owner is a great guy. When he's on the grill, the food is even better than normal. The new dining room is fine. I don't think it's what they were hoping for, but it's still better than 3 booths inside a gas station. I love that they put their patio furniture out again. That's going to be great once the weather cools off. I love grabbing a snack and chilling outside with friends.I urge everyone to go check this place out. It's a local business with great food, simple as that. Puro San Antonio on the NW side!

I love you Teddy B's... This is the kind of place that you shouldn't judge by the looks because the outside and inside can scare you away but just give it a chance and you'll fall in love. Burgers were huge and juicy, totter tots also thick n crunchy! I'm so happy they re opened and honestly the remodeling is nice from the last time I've been here. Now peek at this shiny bun!

Delicious burger you can tell beef is fresh not frozen. Soft bun everything stayed together even though it is huge! Drive through available with a push button. Convenient and menu suggestions.

SA classic right here!! This is a hidden gem. One of the city's best burgers in a gas station is hard to believe, but you can't judge a book by its cover!Solid patties with great flavor and topping combos. Fries are always hot and crispy. If you want a very filling burger, you can't go wrong here! It's not fancy but it's damn delicious.

First impression was thinking it's part of the gas station.. but it's not at all that. It was empty when we entered. We were able to read the menu with so much ease . Huge menu to choose from. We decided on Mushrooms Swiss burger with bacon and tots, as well as a Chili Cheese Hotdog. Everything was made really fresh but didn't take too long. They really didn't have a huge drink option as far as sodas. I loved that it was a juicy huge burger with lots of mushrooms lettuce and cheese just like I like it. My husband ordered the chili cheese dog. Very hardy beef hot dog with plenty of sauce. Love the food was hot and fresh. The only thing I can say is I wish my beef had alittle more seasoning but otherwise it was a very enjoyable lunch. There was music on but not to loud where you couldn't hear each other. Definitely would go back for a burger and going to try corn in a cup

Heard a lot of good stuff about Teddy B's so decided to try it out. I got the bacon cheeseburger combo and it was great. The food was cooked fresh and came out quickly.

I tried Teddy B's after numerous recommendations from a Facebook group I'm in and it definitely lived up to the hype! The location is attached to a gas station. The inside has a few tables to sit at so it does get full fairly quickly. My only complaint was that the music was a little loud. The food here is delicious! I had a chili dog and fries. The dog was grilled and layered with a good amount of chili and cheese. My daughter got the grilled cheese that had a nicely toasted bread. We'll definitely be back and look forward to trying new items.

The grapevine said Teddy B's is trying to get customers so they can stay afloat. I'm usually down for finding a new burger place, so I took my kids to kill two birds with one stone. Not impressed. Cramped indoor dining area, the collection of condiments (grab a bottle for your table style) featured ketchup bottles that were all 80-90% empty. The coke fountain machine has next to it the boxes of the bags of syrup used to make the soda and they were all empty or close to it. The cashier was informing everyone (unapologetically) that all the drink choices were in the cooler behind her. I saw cans of Coke, Dr. Pepper, and bottles of water. If I were thinking straight, I would've gone to the gas station that shares the building to get a soda. The aforementioned cashier was not only unapologetic, but she also rarely made eye contact and didn't smile once that I could see during the long wait for our meal. I ordered a Philly with a cup of corn as my side. The sandwich came with mayo on it, which I was glad about, but I wasn't asked about it so people who don't like mayo: watch out. One son ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a side of tots and the other just got a grilled cheese sandwich with no side. The food came to us with the burger having no sides and the grilled cheese having French fries. According to them the fries were underwhelming and the burger was just okay. How disappointing.
