Kyle is a wizard! Ask him to do a bartender's choice. He will not disappoint. Such a delightfully chill atmosphere. Love the layout. The food is very good. Highly recommend!

We ate here about a week ago, and very much enjoyed it. We were able to stop by and get seated immediately, which was nice. And the food was solid. We liked the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. The fries were okay. Their burgers were definitely solid, and I would have one again. Also, Maddie & Aieysha did a great job as our waitresses. We would eat here again. Well done Tavern on Castell!!

We called ahead and they were ready with a table all set up for our party of 14 for happy hour. When that number changed to 17 because a few more friends stopped in, our server, Alyssa, graciously helped us add a table. Service was fantastic. Alyssa was very efficient and the kitchen got our food out surprisingly fast. We also loved the decor. There are a variety of seating options from low tables, high tops, and conversation spaces with comfy couches and chairs. The food was also good. I had the shrimp brochette and they were a nice balance of spice with the jalapeño and sweet with the sweet chili sauce. My husband had the godfather flatbread and fries. The fries were awesome! My friends called them chicken fried fries. Never heard of that, but they were yummy. Hubby's flatbread was good, but I sampled a friend's Mediterranean flatbread and liked it much better. Members of our party had wings, burgers, fried mushrooms and pork sandwiches. Everyone was pleased. $5 glasses of wine and $2 off appetizers, made happy hour a good deal. We'll definitely put this place in our happy hour rotation.

I love Tavern on Castell! Reminds me of a cozy speakeasy. The bartenders are the best!! I only go earlier in the day as evenings can be a bit challenging when it comes to parking. Highly recommend you visit and give this place a try. If you do, I'll bet it'll become a favorite.

Good drinks and atmosphere! The spinach dip left some to be desired- nothing special. My husband and I split the Tavern Burger and Grinder Sandwich. The burger was amazing- thick, juicy patty and tons of flavor. The sandwich was interesting- it was like a healthy take on a grinder, personally not enough meat to be called a grinder. But I consider it a lighter fare, but it was good just not super filling.I think we'd come back because it's good but nothing that screams run back next week.

Great cheeseburger and fries. Generous portions. Good vibe and atmosphere. Waitress gave great service despite handling a lot of tables at the time. Going back.

Tavern on Castell just opened in the last two weeks or so. I've been excited to try it.I was pleased to see that the menu is reasonably priced, and I felt the food I was served was on point for the price.The inside of the Tavern is so inviting to make yourself feel comfortable and enjoy yourself.The food was delicious and I look forward to returning to try additional items.

I was finally able to check this place out. Both of my daughters highly recommended it. My oldest daughter and I had the fish and chips, I have to say that the fish was very good. The French fries were delicious also. My youngest daughter had the fish tacos and she really enjoyed them. My son in-law had the BBQ burger and it must have been good because he didn't waste any time eating it. The Tavern on Castell is really well decorated place. In the very front is a bar where you can sit and people watch. There's another bar in the back and plenty of high top tables and regular tables too. Our server, Seth was great and attentive. Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We tried to go a few weeks ago but they ran out of food! That's okay though. We sat at the bar and had some excellent drinks. I have been back twice and both times were wonderful. Tavern burger is a must!! Fish and chips were delightful. It's a seat yourself place and there are lots of neat places to sit. They have two bars too! We didn't the fried mushrooms and Texas toothpicks which were so savory. Service took a few minutes but they were packed! A great problem to have. Great place for a date. They had some cozy seats. It's dark but not too dark. Sometimes they have live music too. Looking forward to my next burger. Jason the bar manager is AMAZING and very helpful.

The bathrooms are always clean and stocked with soap and toilet paper. Great experience!
