Tacos were flavourful! I would have enjoyed more radishes, cucumbers and onions, but that's just personal preference. Parking was kinda an issue but it's expected considering it was beyond packed; Worth the wait. There was a line to place our order but it moved quickly. The place was CLEAN- surfaces were promptly sanitized and picked up after customers left area. The women's bathroom could use a little bit of attention but considering the number of customers it was expected. Employees were witness throughly washing hands when exiting bathroom- HUGE plus in my book!Definitely, worth the drive. We will be returning.

The tacos and beverages were exceptional, particularly the chorizo and horchata-based dishes, which I found to be my favorite. As a Mexican, I am fond of tacos, and they are indeed delicious. The cooking process is efficient, although the queues can sometimes be lengthy, even during late-night hours. Notably, the interior ambiance/music is quite loud, even when the establishment is relatively sparsely populated. Apparently I don't have any photos.

Overall, Taquitos West Avenue offers a solid taco experience. The tacos themselves are flavorful, with a good variety of fillings. I typically go for the steak tacos and they were decent. My friends, however, loved the brisket tacos, so there's definitely a winning option for those who prefer something different. One thing that caught me off guard is that they don't use gloves when handling the food. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it's something I personally haven't fully gotten used to.The ordering process is a bit unique--you order at the window, watch as they make your plate, and then sit down to enjoy your food. Someone will bring you sauces and take your drink order. When you're finished, you approach the cashier to pay. It's a bit of a loyalty system since they don't track your order, so it's all on trust. The restaurant offers a variety of fresh toppings--onions, cilantro, radishes, grilled onions, and lime, which is a nice touch for customizing your tacos. The space itself is well-kept, with both an indoor and semi-outdoor seating area, making it a comfortable place to dine.In short, if you're in the mood for a really affordable casual taco meal with good flavors and a laid-back atmosphere, Taquitos West Avenue is a solid choice.

I just wanted a Mexican coke to taste the difference from American coke. Big difference. American coke 100 percent better taste. The place is very nice and clean. The order area the attendant was really busy heating tortillas that he kind of ignored me so I just pay the soda and left but before I got to the entrance to leave a wave of probably 30 people lined up to order so that explains why the attendant ignored me he was getting ready for the rush still to me not excusable for the poor customer service. But judging by the rush it tells me food is good maybe I'll give a try some other day!!

Taquitos West is easily one of the best taco spots I've ever visited. This isn't a fancy restaurant--it's an authentic, hole-in-the-wall taco shop that delivers incredible flavor. The menu is simple with just a few options, but every item is absolutely delicious. The service is quick and efficient, the hot sauce is fantastic, and at just $1.89 per taco, it's a great value. Definitely worth the visit!

This restaurant was recommended by multiple people so we were looking forward to our tacos. My husband picked them up and brought home. Got the basic street tacos and the beef was overly shredded and just tasted like ground beef. The flavor was lacking and tortillas just fell apart so every went everywhere.

FoodPretty good. Tastes homemade. None of the meat tasted dry. Very filled. Did not skimp on anything.Pastor taco 5/5FlavorfulSteak taco 4/5Not dryFlan 5/5SOO CREAMY! GET IT!Service Go to the line tell them what you want. Prices are not listed just go in blind and order and hope its good lol. You can sit inside (like the McDonald's playground back in the day) and eat BEFORE paying. There will be an employee to assist you. Loud music warning. But food and vibes and great! AmbianceCasual. To-go or dine in option. You can park on the left or right side of the place. This place is a gem.

Everyone needs to come to Taquitos West Ave. it's amazing. I have loved this place for years. Whenever friends visit or family I take them. The tacos are reminiscent of Mexico and are to just jump and yell for. Please go when you can support this lovely business. It's a homey place with great food and friendly staff and people.

Paying at Tacos West Ave is a bit confusing and kind of weird at first, but once you get past that, the food makes it all worth it. The crispy tripas are spot on, the pastor is loaded with flavor, and their hot sauce hits just right. Once you figure out the system, it's smooth sailing, and you're left with some of the best tacos around. Definitely worth the hassle.
