FRESH HOMEMADE TORTILLAS Delicious Chorizo con huevo, rice and beans. Staff were great too.Hole in the wall kinda place. But adds to the ambience. So good I went back for lunch.Ordered the 3 tacos for $5.99WOW. I WANT MORE. If you are ever on 10 going to San Antonio, you need to try this place.

So today we tried to give this restaurant another try and ordered some tacos to go since we live near by, and again was highly disappointed, tacos were not hot, tortillas were old, chorizo and egg was burnt, and the bacon and egg taco was burnt egg with super salty bacon. I highly recommend not wasting your money here, not worth it.

I love, love hole in the wall restaurants but they still have to be semi clean. This place fit the bill. It's a Jalisco style just so you know - but so, so good! Service was friendly and quick. Food was really good. A couple of us got the enchiladas verde con pollo with rice and beans and we both agreed it was good. Not the best I have ever had but is was still pretty darned good. I'm in this area on occasion and since it is one of the few places open on Sundays, I will add it to my list of places to frequent.Others in the group had the flautas which they seemed impressed with and one had the chicken fajita salad and said it was good. I really didn't hear any complaints about service or food. It was a group of seven of us and they were able to seat us together although the place is not very large. It looked like they have three or four tables that can accommodate up to 8 people.I will be back Taqueria San Jaun, I will be back!

Was my first time here. Have passed it more times than I can count. Always looked busy. Looks small from the outside. But lots of seating inside. Parking lot a bit rough. But plenty of parking. The service was great. Got the gorditas plate. They are some off the best I've had. Usually most places by the time I get to the 2nd ones it's soggy and coming apart. Not here!!! The chicken I got on it was flavored great! Rice was a bit soggy. But had great flavor. The refried beans had great flavor. The tortillas were good also. Also has a drive-thru. Can't wait to go try it again! Will get pics next time!!!!!

Amazing service and food! Very good prices too! Stopped in with a small group after birding at Medina River Natural Area and was greeted immediately and told to pick a seat. The place was pretty busy but our drink orders were taken immediately. There is something for everyone on the menu, and the salsa has a reasonable kick while still being flavorful. Definitely coming back here again!

Just went to get menudo. Usually I'm afraid to get menudo cus I think it won't be what i expected. But I heard it was good, which it was. But I ordered it with posole and got none, but flavor was good and corn tortillas were fresh

Fried breaded shrimp, french fries, rice and toast, there hot sauce is amazing, rice not too much flavor but it was good, shrimp was blazing thou, fast service and cheap prices... P.S. The waitresses here makes you come back for more hehehehehehe

Family owned, been coming here for years. Always good service good food (all homemade) and friendly wait staff. You won't be disappointed.

The waiters are very attentive & polite! You can tell all their food is homemade, including the tortillas. There bean & cheese tacos are my favorite along with the chicken flair as. For it being a little hope in the wall, it's very clean too.

Bad. Didn't attend me and very rude there was mold on the wall the food had plastic when we got it as if that wasn't enough they mistaken our order 2 times took 15 minutes to attend us and was served food after an hour.
